I would drop Monastery Swiftspear Since his ability is just until end of turn I just don't see him getting that big. I would run Guttersnipe instead.
Also not a huge fan of Spark Elemental. The fact that it is a creature means it can be blocked or killed before it ever hits them. I would rather run another burn instant, even if it had to be a 2 mana card.
I think card advantage is important for burn decks. To that end I would run Howling Mine With little exception the card advantage will help you more then your opponents.
Some cheep cards to consider. Browbeat anger of the gods to stop you from being overrun Seismic Assault gives you a use for extra lands you draw Satyr Firedancer Hit your opponent for damage and kill a creature they have for free.
I was the guy playing the relentless rats deck back during mirrodin and kamigawa blocks. Yes, cranial extraction was used on me. No, I didn't win much. Yes, I do have a relentless rats edh deck. No, it doesn't win much either...

Swiftspear's seeing play in Modern and Legacy. I wouldn't discount it (especially not for a 3-drop in an 18-land deck).
Also, Browbeat isn't great, Anger seems like a fun way to kill your own YP while not actually burning your opponent (Slagstorm says hi), Seismic Assault needs lands to work, and Satyr Firedancer is just kinda a do-nothing dude.
Fireblast is one of my favorite burn spells. You're running a quick game, so this is a fine way to pump through a little extra damage right at the end.
I'd run Fireblast over Shard Volley. Quest of the Pure Flame can probably be dropped. Its a dead draw after turn 1, and even then its not much better than drawing a bolt. Volcanic Fallout is a good 2-3 of for stopping creature agression. It dodges counterspells and doesn't put your clock too far back like Anger of the Gods does. Don't run browbeat unless you like screwing with your opponent, it is weaker than most direct damage options (There's a huge discussion on it in the legacy section, I don't want to get into it here). Monestary Swiftspear is excellent, and Young Pyromancer is playable, but watch his performance carefully. In burn hes a little more defensive than the deck usually wants to be. Spark Elemental should probably be Keldon Marauders for the damage compaction and comes into play/leaves play trigger. As said above, Hellspark Elemental is another decent option. It punishes control decks, but is very weak against aggro and combo. Elidon of Great Revel is a solid play in an agressive meta, and Skullcrack is probably the best 2 mana for 3 damage spell in the game.

I don't want to use Goblin Guide, as he's too expensive. The deck is designed for 1v1 play.
