I'm actually building a storm deck of my own which I also posted here. Mine is mono black but from what I see there is nothing really bad about this deck. People told me though that Infernal Tutor is only really good with Lion's Eye Diamond because it empties your hand. And LED costs like 50 or so a card so yeah. I still think that infernal tutor is a good card either way though. I would get rid of the Banefire though just because it's not really necessary and maybe add another Preordain for more card draw and cheap storm count.
What you would do there is play Infernal Tutor but don't let it resolve until you activate LED. Then now you have 3 floating mana and no cards as it resolves and now you can use the hellbent and search for any card. I didn't get it at first either when I was told to use it lol.
