The object of the deck is to get out 1 Heartless Summons w/ 1 Lich on board. Concept is that a few of the creatures (mostly Perilous Myr) will die instantly. W/ a cost of zero from the Summons, I can reanimate quickly for almost endless 2 damage (even more damage when the Black Market is at a high point).
Entomber Exarch get's the Lich back. My only issue is if all 4 Heartless Summons get destroyed. I was thinking Crystal Chimes, 1 or 2 copies, to get a Heartless Summons back if I happen to all 4 copies destroyed. Also, have Volrath's Stronghold to get back any creature. Vela the Night-Clad and Falkenrath Noble exacerbate the Myr's 2 damage w/ 1 point pings. Land/card acceleration comes from the Simulacrums.
A second win-con is through Black Market and/or Cabal Coffers and Exsanguinate and/or Profane Command.
Two tutors make the set-up that much easier and quicker.
What does everyone think?
Are the Win-Cons easy to set up?
Does the deck look fun enough to build and play?
What are the weaknesses? What can be main decked to deal w/ said weaknesses (then what can be taken out?)? (I am not using a side board).
What you want to do with the deck depends somewhat on if you want an infinite option. It would be very easy for you to forgo things like Black Market if you include Priest of Gix.
I would absolutely not worry about all 4 Heartless Summoning getting destroyed. Some decks are going to beat the deck - it's better not to slow yourself down with fringe scenarios.
Regardless, you will absolutely have fun with this deck. I always feel very powerful at the helm of the deck, and I'm sure you will too!

I am trying not to go infinite. My Friday night playgroup has a house rule that if you go infinite, it is acknowledged by the players of the game that you have won, so you step out of the game and the game continues on for others to play for "second," - mostly because some games end prematurely because either an infinite combo snuck in under the radar or just wasn't able to be stopped.
What I am trying to say is, I want to make the deck work w/o going infinite. I do see the power level of Priest of Gix, but it just wouldn't be fun to me w/ Exsanguinate in hand. Being limited to the mana that I can produce gives me a better feeling win.
I do like your take w/ Marchesa & Mikaeus (why not call the deck "M&M's"), but I do not want to splash red.
But now I see another deck idea w. Grey Merchant of Asphodel & sac outlets, but that design is for another day.

Thanks all.
Hmnn, i think u might need more cheap creatures to get recursion on. How about Mulldrifter. Also Brainspoil can tutor up Havengul lich and Muddle the mixture can tutor up Heartless summoning. Also Vela the Nightclad doesn't provide much for ur team, since it isn't really aggro.

I have been running the Heartless Lich combo in a Marchesa, the Black Rose + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed deck for a little while now, and I do not go infinite.
Some other good options are Gray Merchant of Asphodel + some sort of sac outlet (Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Attrition, etc.)

Thank you for the feedback.
Mulldrifeter and convoke is an interesting angle to this. Thanks for the idea(s). I'll further look into an alternate build utilizing convoke.
or what convoke cards are u talking about?
