The deck is to be played casually with friends without any restrictions and types. I don't have a standard budget but I cannot afford expensive ( >10$) cards. Looking forward to the advice of the hivemind
I was too wondering whether Trading post and Springleaf drum are relevant in the deck but after some games I believe that they give more versatility to the deck (extra tokens to sac and mana from the drum to trigger skeleton and tymaret abilities). I can get my hands to one Abhorrent Overlord in order to add a heavy creature in the deck but I don't know if it will make a difference. What's your opinion about adding Master of the Feast and/or King Macar, The Gold-Cursed
Master of the Feast is a great beater, but to be honest, it doesn't really fit the theme of your deck. I would pick something more centric around sacrifice, like Demon of Death's Gate. King Macar, the Gold-Cursed is much of the same story, it doesn't really fit a sacrifice theme. If the tokens he created were creatures, that would be a completely different story. It can be pretty cool with Springleaf Drum, but I think you'd be better off with something on theme, like Plague Spitter.

Demon of Death's Gate seems quite usable for my deck. Would you recommend 2 or 3 of them?
Depends on how much you want to sacrifice things. 3 if you want more sac outlets and 2 if you think you have enough. I'd test both numbers and see what works best.
The deck is kinda fun and deadly in 2vs2 casual multiplayer games.
But I wanted to add some speed to it and I am thinking to add 2x Desecration Demon one more Dictate of erebos 3x Ogre Slumlord and splash some green for mana dorks like elvish mystic and voyaging satyr in order to get more mana. Do you thing that is viable? Any suggestions?
Be careful how many sac outlets you run in relation to sacrifices. What I don't really like here is that your sacrifices require you to spend two mana or more every time.
I would think about using Mogg War Marshal, as he is essentially 3 creatures rolled into one. I would replace Molten Birth with those.
High Market is also fun with creature-stealing effects.
You could go heavy with goblins and use Krenko, Mob Boss ($3.39 TCG Mid) to produce tons of tokens, you could then use Boggart Shenanigans ($0.36 TCG Mid) and Facevaulter ($0.15 TCG Mid)
If you decide to splash GMycoloth ($5.49 TCG Mid) is great for a deck like this. You'll get initial sacrifice from him, then you'll end up getting tons of tokens every turn to sacrifice. Death's Presence is another great card if you're going to splash G everytime you sacrifice a creature you get a bump for another one of your creatures, they kill the creature you've built up, those +1+1's just go to another one of your creatures.
Dread Return ($1.26 TCG Mid) is a good card for a deck like this, you'll be able to return a creature from your graveyard giving you recursion, then it gives you the ability to sacrifice for flashback and bring another creature back for sacrificing.
With sacrificing as a theme it makes Abyssal Persecutor ($4.99 TCG Mid) a viable creature.
My problem is the deck's speed, which is IMO relatively slow even for a midrange deck, that's the reason I was thinking about splashing green. You think I should remove all four Trading Post, all three Demonic Taskmaster ? I am trying to find cards that could provide cheap and continuous cannon fodder for Tymaret, the Murder King et al. without the mana costs of Tenacious Dead and Reassembling Skeleton
You're still not going to get a quick kill. I really just don't know how you'd get a quick kill wanting to use Tyramet, the Murder King as your win condition.

Perhaps speed is not the correct word (obviously it's impossible for i.e 5 turn kill etc) but consistency. Thanks for the suggestions!

Gravecrawler and Geralf's Messenger are both great if you can get the mana to work along with enough zombies.
Butcher Ghoul has undying for low casting cost two give you two creatures to sac and is a zombie to feed Gravecrawler.
Whip of Erebos gives lifelink and can get cards back from graveyard.
Deathgreeter is a cheap costing card that gains 1 life every time any creature dies.
Quest for Gravelord takes a little work to get going, but could be fun.

Replace Dictate of Erebos with Grave Pact
Replace Tenacious Dead with Gravecrawler
Replace Reassembling Skeleton with Butcher Ghoul
Replace Demonic Taskmaster with Lord of the Undead
Replace Dark Prophecy with Underworld Connections
Replace Springleaf Drum with Dark Ritual
Replace Altar's Reap with Phyrexian Altar
Replace Trading Post with Whip of Erebos
Replace Rakdos Guildgate with Dragonskull Summit
Replace Swamp with Cabal Coffers
That would speed it up.
