I've been trying to come up with unusual tribal decks and stumbled upon the Innistrad vampires. While vampires as a whole are a well established tribe I decided to work only with the red slith vampires. The deck is pretty simple and practically builds itself. Just a bunch of vampires and some effects to make them unblockable.
I have a deck that focuses on Stromkirk Noble and friends like yours, but it also plays Bedlam. It is very much a silly deck, but you might be able to take something from it.
I have a similar deck as well, But its red/black, but mostly using the red vamps. I would run 3 Blade of the Bloodchief, reasoning being, its always good to do something first turn and you got x4 Stromkirk Noble and x4 Faithless Looting, it gives you 11 single mana cast, that's a great chance at a first turn drop of some kind, and They even work with the Rogue's Passage if you had one in you opening hand. also means with a higher number of 1 mana plays, you a more likely to equip on second turn to a noble.
I'll post my deck as well in case it could you some ideas.
@Spooky I'll have to try out Goblin War Drums at some point, though as I never run sideboards I'm not sure about it. It certainly works better in some decks than others.
You should drastically lower your curve, so you can stay ahead with creature size. Havengull Vampire should be Bloodcrazed Neonate.
Minor change, if you want to keep Seismic Stomp, Falter does the same at instant speed.
I'm going to playing a bit of multiplayer so I'm not too worried about having a little bit slower deck and in multiplayer Havengull Vampire can be very powerful.
I like it, though I don't see myself playing Bedlam, it would draw some hate in multiplayer and I can't race everybody.
What's your experience with Furnace of Rath? I've never played the card myself but it seems like in this case if you are racing someone Furnace of Rath won't change the winner of the race, just the speed. I guess a faster race means less time for the opponents to find an answer. How do you think it compares to a hasty 4cmc threat like Hellrider or Hero of Oxid Ridge?
EDIT: I guess you'd play it before you attacked if you knew it would mean you could swing for lethal

Yeah furnace is all about when you play it. I would set it down on a turn that I knew it could do something great for me. Also, A good number of my creatures have haste, and those that don't can gain it thanks to mass hysteria. These means I get to take advantage of the furnace before they do. Things would be different in multiplayer of course, and yes, once your drop bedlam you become a target. lol.
The deck is very budget, $8.22 on TCG Player low.

along those same lines and kind of themed, I would consider Panic
Good Call. I really like Cover of Darkness and Stromkirk Captain but I want to keep it budget and don't want to invest in a decent R/B mana base.
