Nice! I never thought of returning blightsteel and replaying him with his ability to avoid a path or STP. I think I'll replace the 2 Lightning Greaves with 2 Master Transmuters since I mainly used the greaves for the shroud. I might replace 2 Phyrexian Walkers with 2 more transmuters if they prove to be more useful with their higher mana cost.
You're right. I forgot to consider the haste aspect of the lightning greaves when I removed it. I think the best choice to remove would be 2 phyrexian walkers since I will most likely have one of the 8 artifact lands or a sol ring, lotus petal (assuming I didn't sac the petal to use it already), or mana vault in play which I could always sac for the tinker. So, I think the best choice to change in the edited version would be:
-2 Phyrexian Walker
+2 Lightning Greaves
and keep 2 Master Transmuter just in case the deck goes slower than expected. What do you think?
I think my deck is a more effective Blightsteel deck, as I have seen it get turn one wins most of the time. I haven't figured out besides using show and tell how to make it work almost 100 percent of the time though. http://deckstats.net/decks/21851/127369-the-best-mtg-deck/en
I think Master Transmuter distracts from the focus of the deck. You just want to Tinker and win. Make that the focus of the deck. I would add Thirst for Knowledge so you can discard your Colossus if it gets trapped in your hand. Also, if you add Dragon Breath you can discard it off Thirst or hard cast it with your Lotus Petal. The artifact lands are a good addition, I would also consider one Tolarian Academy.

This is casual, as in laid back. It's not some ridged format where there is a strict banned/restricted list. It's all about what your group will allow you to play.
Except when its beaten by flash-hulk going off turn zero, or countered by daze/force, or removed from the game by swords. Some of us enjoy that stuff. Still I always recommend cards as if the deck is being played in the lowest powered format its legal in unless the original post says to do otherwise.
I have made a slightly better deck with the same concept, but it wins a little more often with Concordant Crossroads instead of Lightning Greaves. The problem I am having is finding a better turn one win method or at least a better way to use the Tinker for Blightsteel Colossus method.
If your goal is more turn 1 goldfishes, I can confirm that the Ur draw7 version wins on turn 1 way more than the Crossroads/Mystical tutor version. The draw 7s just give you a ridiculous ability to find gas to win on turn 1. Wheel of Fortune is Timetwisters 5-8. Reckless Charge is usually better than Concordant Crossroads. Hence, there isn't much reason to pick green (unless you're Crop Rotating into Academy).
The majority of playtested hands goldfished on turn 1, with a few needing to wait until turn 2 to win and VERY few just plain fizzling or mulliganning into oblivion.

Play out mana rocks, tapping Opal for Ancestral.

Draw Lotus Petal, Blightsteel Colossus, Black Lotus.
Use all mana sources except Petal (16 mana).
Hardcast Blightsteel Colossus. Tinker into Lightning Greaves.
