Flipping through my binder last night, I was looking for not-so-used cards to build a deck around. Cloudstone Curio caught my eye. I'd used it before in a Wild Pair deck to create a fairly large army with the Ornothopter combo. The problem with that deck was it's slow. Too, too slow.
But that doesn't mean I can't use Cloudstone Curio to create a reasonable blink-style deck. Here's what I put together:
Take out Hindering Light for Momentary Blink. The blink will protect your creatures just like light could, but with the added bonus of flashback and the blink effect on the creature.
Thanks, Resurgent. Question: If I cast Wrath of God, then Momentary Blink a creature, does it come back after Wrath of God resolves? Or would said creature be killed anyway?

Since Momentary Blink went onto the stack after Wrath, it would resolve first. And the Blinked creature comes back immediately, rather than at end of turn (as is the case with some other flicker effects, like Flickerwisp). So the Blinked creature comes back just in time to get caught in the board wipe.
Hindering Light may be sufficiently useful for your deck to make it a keeper, but that depends on the prevalence of targeted spells in your meta. (Momentary Blink won't protect against burn spells targeted directly at you, for example.)
That's a tough choice. Momentary Blink would help me bring out more golems, but Hindering Light does have the ability to protect myself from effects too. (Expecially discard effects.) Plus there's card draw to it.
If you're not sure which way to go, it might be worth putting in two of each and seeing which one proves more useful in actual play. (You may also want to keep both.)

Momentary Blink is the exception to the rule, though. It is the only blink effect that brings the creature back immediately. All of the other ones wait until the end of turn to return the creature. That's the difference between losing the creature to Wrath and saving it. Otherworldly Journey would save your creature from Wrath, and give it a +1/+1 counter, so it is possible to use a blink effect with a Wrath to save a creature.
How well has Utopia Sprawl been working for you. You only have 4 lands that it can enchant. Has that been a problem in testing?

I assume the Man-o'-Wars are for bouncing your own Splicers. If so, you can also use Vedalken Mastermind to repeatedly bounce Splicers for a small cost.
i like aether tradewinds, hit one enemy target and your creatures
i use tradewinds to do some land tech, like use the mana for tradewinds, return one land if you dont have the land drop for that turn, and drop the land to use again, also its cool with halimar depths
But that doesn't mean I can't use Cloudstone Curio to create a reasonable blink-style deck. Here's what I put together:
4 Forest
4 Island
4 Plains
2 Seaside Citadel
2 Sunpetal Grove
2 Vivid Creek
2 Vivid Grove
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Man-o'-War
4 Master Splicer
2 Vital Splicer
4 Whitemane Lion
4 Wing Splicer
2 Wood Elves
2 Beast Within
4 Cloudstone Curio
4 Hindering Light
2 Wrath of God
4 Utopia Sprawl
I ran a test deck last night sans-Birds of Paradise. It was slow, so I opted to remove two splicers and two Wood Elves in favor of more mana.
Any other suggestions for this deck?

Since the blink wouldn't help me with Wrath of God, I'd probably stick with Hindering Light.

-2 wood elves + 2 noble heirarch
-4 hindering light +4 Momentary blink
-4 whitemane lion +4 riftwing cloudskate
-4 utopia sprawl +4 Mulldrifter
-4 cloudstone curio and -2 wrath of god for 1 more beast within, +4 counterspell, and +1 of either Mental misstep, spell snare, daze, dispell depending on the type of removal your playgroup is playing.
Why recast your splicer when you can just get it back with reveillark or blinking it to get another golem.
And what about Mimic Vat?
