I also like to imagine that he has a rotating torso (like a metallic graft that fuses his upper and lower body together), so he can spin all around, leveling everything within 20ft of him to rubble.
You don't have a lot of dual color requirements, I would probably just run swamps and mountains since the fetch lands set you back a turn. Maybe slightly more swamps then mountains since you have more black cards then red.
Is hymn to tourach still a common despite being reprinted as an uncommon? I know a back to back hymn and/or blightning is usually a game win outside of pauper so it must be crippling in it but not sure if it's legal.
Sign in Blood would be a great way to refill your hand in this type of deck. It is also targeted so you could use as the finishing blow to your opponent.
DamagePlan: I had previously playtested Sign in Blood for some card draw in the deck but it didn't seem to help much. Also, on Wretched Anurid usually the drawback of it is negligble unless I am playing a tribal deck like elves or goblins, in case I am probably gonna lose anyways.
Equivocation: The pauper format is a format where all cards in the deck must be commons, it is that simple.
Mogg War Marshall looks good but I am not sure what I would take out for it, so I will keep it in mind if I am going to make further changes.
I didn't think about it but Vampire Lacerator actually is better than Carnophage, although only slightly. Am gonna change them.
Splashing Black: I have playtested it both with and without the fetch lands, and it definitely is way more reliable with the fetch lands. However with the right starting hand it is better without them, but I would rather have reliability than chance.
Yes Hymn to Tourach still counts as a common, the rules in pauper are that if it was ever printed as a common in any edition than it is playable even if it was later printed as a rare or a uncommon. In fact, obviously, Hymn to Tourach is one of the studs of pauper.

Any suggestions on how to improve it are suggested.

Also is the drawback on Wretched Anurid worth it in this deck?
Mogg war marshal works amazing with goblin bushwhacker.
I think snuff out is pretty good removal.
How is carnophage better than vampire lacerator? maybe include both to increase the chance of having a one drop.

What I meant by meta was the random aggro decks and all the different storm combos I attribute to pauper. I do in fact know what pauper is.
Last gasp is more good removal available.
Another thing to try may be teetering peaks. Boros decks sometimes use this in standard so it could work here.
