These are obviously all expensive, and I was initially planning to use things like Jet Medallion, and Leaden Myr, Charcoal Diamond for my early game, but I'm rethinking this.
I'm not sure why you're including Woebearer and Necromantic Thirst - what are you trying to bring back to your hand? Fleshbag Maruder is good, but surely you want to reuse more than 3 cards out of 60.
Additionally I think Nihilith should be included, especially since it's multiplayer and it's so easy to get out, particularly with Innocent Blood/Barter in Blood.
Personally, I don't think Woebearer is worth it, and you should also focus on getting Ink Eyes out on turn 5. So a turn 4 or less Fear creature will be good so as to not mess up your tempo. Nihilith already takes that spot as it should resolve before turn 4 or on it, but I think something like Dimir House Guard should be good as well, especially since it can fetch Barter in Blood on turn 3 (this can also be Mutilate, or if you're rich, Damnation). The House guard also can hit with Fear, allowing an easy Ink-Eyes on turn 5. Sounds good to me.
Somebody forgot about Bone Dancer, one of the earliest type of this card. He'd occupy an early slot but he really needs some evasion granting to do his thing. Fear or equipment could work.
As for justifying the Woebearers, this deck is admittedly taylored to my usual group, and will see a lot of play against angels, big green, and infinite combos that rely on creatures to pull off. A lot of my stuff is going to die, (like the scions) but I'll need to keep bringing back marauders to sac to themselves to keep the board under control then go dig up the bodies and keep them.

I think my early game needs to be dominated by things like Innocent Blood and Doom Blade.
I still think I want to run the Jet Medallions, but what are some other grave robbing and creature control cards.
Keep in mind the deck is being designed for multiplayer (4-5), so speed and aggression aren't as key.
EDIT: I also want to run 2-3 Kokusho, the Evening Star

As for creature stealing: Reanimate and Necromancy are classics, albeit pricy. Modern versions are: Rise from the Grave, Beacon of Unrest or Ashen Powder.
Even Chainer, Dementia Master, Puppeteer Clique, Nezumi Graverobber (works really well in multi) and the cool Coffin Queen can work.
More stealing cards: Memory Plunder, Ritual of the Machine, Treacherous Urge are all really cool imo.
Additionally I think Nihilith should be included, especially since it's multiplayer and it's so easy to get out, particularly with Innocent Blood/Barter in Blood.

Hopefully something in that mess helped.
