This forum is for tournament-level decks. As a rule, tournament decks work on the premise that all cards are available in whatever amount you need. It looks to me like your deck is fun about the kitchen table, and consists of cards you actually own. And as such none of us are really in any position to help you since your goal is not apparent. Do you want to go Control, Aggro, Tribal, or combo? Do you want to spend money on cards we recommend or just work within the confines of your collection? etc. (The goal of a tournament deck is simply to make it the best it can be by any means.)
You can get help with this in the Casual Forum. If the mods don't move it on their own, you should repost it there. But I will slip Cabal_Chan a message and ask him to move it for you. When you ask the casual folks for help, you should already be thinking of what direction you want to take the deck. That is going to require some level of understanding of Magic theory and stuff like a mana curve. So you may want to check out the article section in the meantime. Look for stuff on Magic General or Magic Theory.
Okay, first off all, your deck has far too many singles. This is what I would do, but i don't play clerics, so it is best you listen to someone else as well.
I'd drop ivory cup and pay no heed for 2 holy days. Pay no heed is bassically holy day, holy day prevents all combat damage. Ivory cup, in my opinion is useless. 1 mana for 1 life, not very good.
Drop recuperate and healing salve for 3 more awe strikes. Recuperate and healing salve is the same thing, just less versatile.
I'd drop lingering death, spirit link and pacifism for 4 unmakes. Those 3 cards are basically getting rid of your opponents cards. Spirit link can be put on your own creatures too. If that is what you are intending to do, get spirit loop instead.
Drop consume spirit, corrupt, profane prayers, and breath of life and get 2 raise dead, 2 sacred necter, and one festival of trokin.
First thing i noticed about your creatures is: you have no 1 drop creatures. Get 4 nip gwyllion and take out 2 zealous inquisitor and 3 daru spiritulist.
Get 1 more battletide alchemist and 3 beloved chaplian, in exchange for Daru Healer,Master Healer, and Resplendent Mentor.
Edit 2:Obviously, this isnt the best, because i tried to work with teh cards you already have, exept teh nip gwyllion ( i get something from nothing)
hope it helped

Thank you for Kennethwong, for inspiring me to do this sig pic when I was bored.
GENERATION 15: The first time you see this, copy it into your sig and add 1 to the generation. social experiment.
anyway, up the battletide alchemists to 3 or 4, and same with the battlefield medics. just make sure you have 23, maybe 24 lands to accommodate the 5 mana's.
and no rotlung reanimator? since you're in black, I would say add 4 pronto.
As has been said, your deck has way too many singletons, and about half of the cards in the deck do not fit the clerics theme or really help the deck's goal at all. Furthermore, in my opinion black and white clerics synergize quite poorly. You are much better off making the deck mono black like this:
this is also playable in another form, less aggro, but nice as well.. thats with oversold cementery and ensnaring bridge...nobody attacks while u keep reviving ur zombie/clerics with grotto or oversold cementery, and then sacrificing em with starlit sanctum or cabal archon till the end..
nothing so awesome, but in casual is cool =D
thats it if ya going black.. on white u could play fast aggro with soltari priest/monk and some other weenies... or going for life as some1 said..
Could someone explain to me how this combination of cards would give unlimited life. I see that starlit sanctum lets you sacrifice for life. and lightning greaves protects creatures. I just don't see the connection.
Activate 1 billion times (any amount you want) Shuko (or the expensive Lightning Greaves) / Shaman en-Kor targeting Daru Spiritualist, his toughness will be 2 billion (any amount you want) + 1, then sac it to Starlit Sanctum.
You'll at least draw the game, just make sure to don't get decked (Feldon's Cane)
maybe i'm not understanding this completely, but when you equip it doesn't that mean it can't be the target of a spell or ability. And I guess i sound like an idiot but i don't get it really. Could you explain it for a noob?
you just equip and unequip a zero cost equip-ee a billion times, and that cleric's effect gives it +0/+3 or whatever it is every time you equip/unequip the thing. explain that to your opponent, sac to the sanctum, bam, infinite life.

That is exactly how it works, just equip and then equip to a new creature. Everytime you do this the Cleric thats getting equiped will get a +0/+2, since equip is a targeted ability. Once the cleric is big enough, sac him.
Same thing happens with the Shaman. You can use the 0 costed redirect ability (even though there is no damage to redirect) and pump your cleric's toughness with the daru spiritualist.
When I had this deck built I used Unspeakable Symbol as the kill condition. Sanguine Bond might be fun to use also. Good luck.
I recently made this deck and was wondering which cards i don't need and maybe some suggestions that would benefit this build.

There is a deck called Life.dot which is based on this combo, but more solid.
Here are examples: http://www.deckcheck.net/list.php?type=Life.dec
