I have recently taken a break from magic, and upon return found my deckbuilding skills lackluster. I play casual multiplayer, and I thought "Man, I have never seen a measure of wickedness deck." So now I am going to give it a shot: However, I just cant think of anything to put in it.
Obviously, Measure of Wickedness is a 4 of. Vulturous Zombie seems like a natural combo, and maybe Scavenger Drake. Beyond that, some creatures that sac for effects would be great (Sakura-Tribe Elder) but I cant think of anything else. Any good black sac creatures? Any instants/sorceries/enchantments I need to put in? A sac heavy theme would be fun, but I have never tried the heavy control before, so I dont know the auto includes.
You need at least 3 x leyline of the void here to make this work. I had a multiplayer deck that featured this card as a win condition in the past. It was a W/B/u deck that used Enduring ideal as my engine, along with a pile of enchantments. Once the ideal is down, stuff like ghost-lit stalker is fun to use since you can't play any more spells. I also had a couple copies of Uyo, silent prophet in the deck to copy the Ideals. If you copy it when you first play it, then you get to fetch 2 x enchantments every upkeep. You could even keep this as a Kamigawa block deck if you want, but I did run some orzhov signets for mana accel. in my build.
Hammer, you know that one can kill with one MoW? stack the trigger at op's eot then put something in their grave and during your turn hand it back.
I'm sorry, I don't follow this combo? What do you mean? I should remind you that the OP is playing multiplayer, so there is no gaurantee that the opponent sends it back to you.
You have to put something in a grave at end of each opponents turn who controlls MoW, with the MoW trigger 'lose 8, sac MoW' on the stack.
they have to give it away befor losing 8 thus not able to sac MoW due to not being the controller anymore.
then if the current op gives it to any other person (not you), you have not to put a card in your grave to give it away. -> If they don't give it back to you it's good for you.
you only have to be able to hand it to someone else and then get it off that person eot. that's not to much even in multi player, but of course you have to chose wisely who to give the prensent to, for each time they give it back you have to return the favour

Each reality is but the dream of another, and each sleeper a god unknowing.
We define the boundaries of reality; they don't define us.

Ok, I get that, but there is absolutely no guarantee that they won't be putting cards into their yard way before EOT. Running the Leyline is the only sure way to ever deal 8 damage to someone with this enchantment! Trust me, I have tried the deck without it and it works much better with the leyline.
As an aside, running white gives access to peace of mind, which is great with the Measure
ay.... now I see the problem, as it says 'at end of your turn' -> if they're clever they'll just hand it around 'til it gets blown up. :-\ so you can only hope for people being hostile or dumb, to bad this is MtG and not Yugi....
on topic: is 5BBB, 3 cards and alll the hassle worth 8 loss of life? I'm in for col decks, but in multiplayer you can kill at tops one person - without recursion, unless you survive and wait 'ill you have the remaing few under 8 life.

Measure is a decent finisher if you combine it with stuff like pestilence, caustic tar and any other enchantment that deals damage.

Thanks in advance!
a different route altogether would be to make a cleric deck with cabal archon.

add stuff like Aphetto Alchemist and you should be fine. add some counters and you have a deck.

Leyline of the Void effects seem to be the proper way forward..didn't think of that.
