i would change out 3 unmask (the deck has a ton of discard already)
for 3 diabolic tutor since you dont have any demonic tutor
........... and i would change the dystopia in your sideboard (most people wont like playing with you much in casual if you use color hosers.... trust me) and put in 3 Cabal Coffers to go along with your drain life
same with deathmark..... maybe change to Rend Flesh

You have so few permanents, Braids wouldn't really help you here. Although it can remove Necro, I don't think you'd ever really want to in this deck, where you have Soul Spike and Ivory Tower.
An additional swamp wouldn't hurt, because if you don't have a Ritual, it will be hard to get three black mana for your Necro.
I don't see the point of Drain Life in your sideboard, replace it with something more relevant.
I think casual Necro would go great with Vintage Charbelcher decks these days- if your first turn is black mana into Dark Ritual into Necro, you damn near can't lose!
