Mono red in Muliplayer is a hard puzzle to solve. How do you take multiple players down while keeping card advantage high. This deck plays low to the ground and has multiple draw 7s. You should be able to use your cards quicker that your opponent and finish the game quickly.
Birgi, God of Storytelling in combination with the draw will just allow you to churn through your deck if you untap with her.
Electrostatic Field and Sulfuric Vortex put a very real clock on the board. Turn 1 Vortexs means the game is usually over by turn 4. Combo and control decks will struggle to keep up with that.
If I find i need to go deeper into the mid game I sideboard Chain Lightning for Past in Flames and Jokulhaups. A destroy all lands mid game can be backbreaking to some decks. I'm looking at you ramp.
Anyway that's it. Love to hear your thoughts on the deck ad your experiences playing multiplayer burn.
I really like Manamorphose in these types of decks. With Birgi it's a ritual effect that draws you a card. It effectively allows you to run a 56 card deck.
Chain Lightning looks pretty bad, especially since you already have 4 bolts. I understand you need some 1 drops for Arcanist, but I'd rather see some more cantrips like Crash Through, Warlord's Fury or my favorite Overmaster. These are nice since you don't have to target anything and Overmaster can randomly protect your Wheels from counter magic.
With Birgi, these are effectively free and draw you towards your business spells. Speaking of Birgi, I would probably play 3 as it seems like a key card for your deck (maybe shaving a ritual effect or an Expertise).
Whatever direction you chose to go, the deck looks super fun!
You're right about the chain lightings. They are the worst card in the deck. I'm not sure on the cantrips though. Doesn't really need them to generate storm are cycle through the deck as the draw 7's do that very efficiently.
I'm going to try the manamorphose in place of the spirit guides.
You'r right about the Birgis'. Best card in the deck though it's hard to squeeze in. I managed to get both Birgi and the horn in play tonight. That's a bonkers combination.

4 Electrostatic Field
2 Birgi, God of Storytelling
4 Simian Spirit Guide
2 Chain Lightning
4 Faithless Looting
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Rite of Flame
3 Kari Zev's Expertise
1 Wheel of Fortune
20 Mountain
Simian Spirit Guide and Rite of Flamelet you do some early plays. The deck can do all it's things off just 3 mana.
Birgi, God of Storytelling in combination with the draw will just allow you to churn through your deck if you untap with her.

Wheel of Fate and Faithless Looting allow you to have a full grip at all times. Obviously the wheel is hard to play but Dreadhorde Arcanist and Kari Zev's Expertise make to easy to play without the suspend. Expertise can be used to punish thse that ramp out and early fatty.
Wheel of Fortune is another draw 7 but I'm thinking Wheel of Fate may be better in a deck like this.
