I am building a new deck for multiplayer games. This deck will be used in games from 5 to 7 players where each other player is my opponent but at least one player is someone that I will try to help and that will try to help me.
With this in mind, I tried to include as many high impact cards as possible...cards that have a big impact in multiplayer games, cards that are stronger in multiplayer games or cards for which I have to help an opponent...since one of my opponents will be my ally. Please let me know if you can think of any card that I might have missed.
My biggest concern is your mana. When I play EDH I tend to play 36-38 lands and 8-10 ramp spells with a heavy emphasis on 2 drops like Signets and Talismans. "Stuff to do" is never, ever, ever my problem. All of my bad/nongames are due to screw and flood isn't a thing in a world where you get to play with cards like Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study. Moreover, since you mentioned that you have an "ally" I highly recommend adding Wishclaw Talisman, Pendant of Prosperity and Trade Secrets since those cards are nutty when you have a frenemy.
Thanks for the advices ...I knew I would get a comment on the mana...I know it's low and I will adjust as needed. Some of the cards in my list will surely perform worse than what I expect, I will probably replace several with lands. The other cards you suggested look good...I will add them.

This this is exactly the mindset that people should have when they're fleshing out their initial EDH lists. The first changes that I make are "cut the cards that sucked, replace with lands and/or ramp." I never found myself wishing that I had more bombs and used to constantly find myself thinking "man if only I had made 2 more land drops this game" until I finally learned to stop being stubborn and play 38 lands. This is especially true for the 3 good colors (Black, Blue, Green) because your card draw and tutors are so bloody powerful that you don't run the risk of flooding out and/or running out of win conditions.
Each player in these games has a good 30+ decks so anything can happen. I've notice that my creature count is low...I am tempted to add some "Hunted" creatures (Hunted Horror, Hunted Dragon, etc...), since I have an opponent that I will want to help.
Here is the new decklist. I am trying to get a Hunted Horror but the two stores I went to didnt have any. Will do first playtest of the deck this coming friday.

I tried to focus on low mana cost cards (sorry Expropriate) to ensure that the deck doesn't get stuck with a lot of high mana cost cards in hand.
Guilds of Ravnica - Commander 2018 - Core 2019 - Battlebond - Dominaria - Rivals of Ixalan - Ixalan - Commander 2017 - Hour of Devastation - Amonket - Aether Revolt - Commander 2016 - Kaladesh - Conspiracy 2 - Eldritch Moon - Shadows Over Innistrad - Oath of the Gatewatch - Commander 2015 - Battle for Zendikar - Magic Origins - Dragons of Tarkir
Green - Blue - Red - White - Gold

However, the creature count seems low. The cool other stuff count seems high.
This is of course meta dependant.
Is there a horde player, is there a big flying dudes player, is there a combo player?
What are you up against?
Just to add one more good stuff Austere Command never lets me down.
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
I'm not sure what to cut though.
I could see myself cutting all of these cards.

Anywhoo... what I tried to say is, you need something to hold the fort against your (barbarian?) friends.
