The idea here is pretty simple. Bin stuff early. Keep the table in check with Fleshbag & Co. along with Innocent Blood. Songs for EOT Twilight's Call and GG. If Contract gets torpedoed in response, oh well, I'll have "hasty" fatties to swing.
This is obviously a glass cannon type strategy, because Call is going to undo all my hard work if somebody can spot remove Contract, however as long as I can reliably bin Demon of Dark Schemes I should be OK.
I'm thinking of cutting back to 20 land and adding Dark Rituals. I'm also concerned I may need more binning or more Demons to make sure I have what I want in the yard when I Call, so I might use the space for that instead.
Using Contract, I would think that Buried Alive & Dark Ritual MUST be in there as a bare minimum. Stitcher works too.
I'd consider Putrid Imp to bin demons from hand, with some Culling the Weak to sac Stitcher or Imp, to setup your combo turn, if that's where you want to go.
Damn those demons! Why can't they just cooperate? In between the life lost to Liliana's Contracts (plural; one often finds another) and the beatings from my opponent while I durdle around trying to assemble the "combo", my life total often gets so low that Belzenlok and particularly Kothophed (aided by Fleshbag triggers) do me in after I cast Twilight's Call.
This just feels so right, somehow. That said, I'm swapping Harvester of Souls in for Koth even though I'm not running Belz.
I don't hate the idea of the whip, and I could easily replace one of the existing demons with Pestilence Demon. Not sure what I'd drop for either, but I'm pretty confident I could make it work.
After some goldfishing, I went ahead and dropped the land count to 20 and added 4x Dark Ritual.
-1 Ob Nixilis, Unshackled
-1 Demon of Dark Schemes
-4 Innocent Blood
+1 Krav, the Unredeemed
+1 Baleful Ammit
+2 Stinkweed Imp
+1 Whip of Erebos
+1 Elixir of Immortality
(edit, just checked, it’s from 2010 only, I thought it was older)
Which is still 8 years ago lol. Why are we so old :(?
Krav seems abysmal. Why are you adding him? Just curious.
Best Demon-bodied optional draw engine I have at my disposal that wasn't already in the list. That slot is still effectively a question mark.
I've also been toying around with Soulflayer and Necropolis Fiend in place of Archfiend of Depravity. They obviously have tension with Songs of the Damned, but they'll happily munch on the leftover lands and used ramp spells.

4 Stitcher's Supplier
4 Fleshbag Marauder
4 Merciless Executioner
2 Demon of Dark Schemes
1 Rune-Scarred Demon
1 Archfiend of Depravity
1 Carnifex Demon
1 Kothophed, Soul Hoarder
1 Razaketh, the Foulblooded
1 Ob Nixilis, Unshackled
4 Songs of the Damned
Sorcery
4 Innocent Blood
4 Twilight's Call
Enchantment
4 Liliana's Contract
Land
24 Swamp
Edit: Swapped Abyssal Gatekeeper out for Merciless Executioner and picked my fatties. I'm a little hesitant to keep Kothophed, Soul Hoarder because he could do a number on me if I'm reanimating a lot of Fleshbag Marauders with Twilight's Call, but I want to maximize my chances of having a draw engine or tutor come out of the grave in case Contract gets nuked and I need to replace it. Maybe Harvester of Souls instead?
Any other thoughts?
And useful demons like Bloodgift Demon.
Both for the semi hard win. (I’m not that much into combo.)
Maybe some card to sac critters for mana? (Ashnod’s Altar, Soldevi Adnate, Burnt Offering or whatever)
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
This is definitely a flavor win, if nothing else. Style points galore.

I have two different demon decks. One runs Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, the other uses Heartless Summoning, Dark Ritual & Culling the Weak, but both use Bloodgift Demon & Phyrexian Arena to draw into and land big demons pretty consistently.
Both decks are fun to play.

And if you like old stuff: Pestilence Demon is a house.
