Ramos, Dragon Engine could be quite useful for big mana. Forgotten Ancient & Door to Nothingness say hi. I would expect someone to make this thing go stupid in the right build. That someone might be me, so long as it stays cheap.
What?! Mirri survived? I thought she became a vampire?
The canonical Mirri got killed by the cursed vampire Crovax. The vampire Mirri is from a one-off alternate timeline where instead she became cursed and Crovax stayed a good guy.
When the triggers are on the stack, every other player skips as much rounds as you skipped, minus 10. So you mill them for 10, but you let them build up a huge board to kill you right away when you phase back in. Unless you can flash in a Null Rod with split second on it, the combo doesn't do anything to help you.

Any cards you fancy from C17?
And is it just me or is Teferi's Protection practically a 3 mana instant Time Walk???
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
Hungry Lynx is the only card from the set that I see as somewhat of a build-around. Illness in the Ranks, Retribution of the Ancients and Lab Rats and you got yourself an engine to grow your other cats.
Bloodforged Battle-Axe seems like a decent combo with Sigarda's Aid and cheap unblockables, but I don't know if that has any merit.
Mairsil, the Pretender could be extra copies of Necrotic Ooze.
Shifting Shadow lets you keep your Blightsteel Colossus and digs out another one for a measly 2R.
Kindred Boon works with all the Myojin creatures: Myojin of Cleansing Fire/Myojin of Infinite Rage/Myojin of Life's Web/Myojin of Night's Reach/Myojin of Seeing Winds.
Disrupt Decorum is just all around surprise lolz.
Fractured Identity on your Phage the Untouchable/Endless Whispers deck.
Traverse the Outlands on Taurean Mauler/Forgotten Ancient/Sunscorch Regent = big spells next turn.
Ramos, Dragon Engine might be a good 1 of in an all gold colored deck.

Kess, Dissident Mage looks interesting, and I bet my left nut it'll be too rich for me.
I like this idea a lot in the colours of Faithless Looting, Careful Study etc.
Plenty of ways to abuse this from combo stuff like Conflux & Enter the Infinite, to the straight up fave's like Insurrection, Expropriate, Blatant Thievery, Rise of the Dark Realms etc.

Qasali Slingers almost looks like Aura Shards on legs, but having a tribal stipulation kills it for me.

You still have to pay for the spells that you're casting. The new Izzet Chemister let's you cheat in expensive spells though.

Glad I didn't pre-order that one at $10 each! Even so, it's still a pretty combo worthy card.
Teferi's Protection looks pretty nice too.
combo's with lethal vapors
Work that one out LOL
