Curse of Vitality looks like the biggest loser of the bunch. Presuming that it works "as intended" you've got a situation where one player loses and then has to wait extra long for the next game because all of his/her opponents just gained a bunch of life. Yuck.
Yeah, Curse of Bounty is sweet. Many decks that can't afford to pay 5 mana for a full paradox engine might be able to pay 2 for a once-per-turn trigger.

It obviously not very strong, but amusing. But which way to go?
Goblin Spymaster? Curse of the Nightly Hunt? Mechanized Production King Macar, the Gold-Cursed? Reconnaissance Maze of Ith? Goblin Racketeer? Hunted Phantasm?
Curse of Disturbance Goblin Spymaster plus stuff like Wall of Souls is my favourite right now.
Edit: Wait a minute... Curse of Bounty is a legitimately good card.
