Hi folks,
I have been totally slack in not continuing these votes, and I keep getting asked about them. So let's sneak this one in before Christmas.
For those new to these threads, I ran Multiplayer Power Rankings votes between 2012 and 2015, aimed at both producing a list of the best multiplayer cards available, and helping to develop something close to the optimal list of cards for a multiplayer cube. The results between the 2014 and 2015 editions of the Power Rankings were so close that it was obvious we were going to start repeating ourselves for not much reason. In other words, we were close enough to an initial list.
You can see the Best Multiplayer Cards Available thread here. If you're interested in seeing the multiplayer cubes these votes developed, you can find links to them in my signature below.
Those votes got us through to Dragons of Tarkir / Magic Origins. So the question became "how do we keep updating this?". We wanted to have a new vote every three months... but that didn't account for my busyness / lack of sleep / complete and utter slovenly laziness.
We've had one vote since for BfZ / OGW / C15. That was a little over six months ago. So let's bump off the next block, along with the supplemental set with new cards released around the same time. Kaladesh block and C16 can get covered in the new year once Aether Revolt is out and we've had time to digest it.
So, enough of the history and banter... the rules!
Hand me what you consider to be the top ten multiplayer cards across Shadows Over Innistrad, Eldritch Moon and Conspiracy: Take the Crown!
Order matters! We'll use your vote order to rank the cards later on.
Only cards newly printed in SOI / EMN / CNS2 are valid votes (so reprints are not valid... e.g. Burgeoning in CNS2).
You've got a week to vote. I'll close this vote at 4am UTC on Wednesday December 7th (this is noon where I am... yes, I really am on the other side of the planet to you). I have been known to completely miss this deadline, extend it if you ask nicely etc. etc.
I'm happy to take "honorable mentions", so long as you don't give me 15 of them.
Okay, go for it! I'll stick the final results up here once the voting has closed.

We had five different people vote, in line with the previous vote six months ago. Thanks for voting, guys!
25 different cards received votes. Of these, 16 received multiple votes.
Expropriate was the only card to receive multiple top votes (with two). The three remaining cards receiving a top vote were Leovold, Westvale Abbey and Kermit.
Leovold received the top spot on account of being one of only two cards to appear in four different lists. It was inside the top two in three of them to boot.
Selvala's Stampede. This things has been on a tear in my playgroup. It forced me to drop Seasons Past from my cube (which I have an irreverent man-crush on). Busted with Eternal Witness, just like Genesis Wave is. Unless G-Wave's X is about 7 or higher, this is potentially better.
Mind's Dilation. Pretty much printed for these formats. Ridiculous in multiples.
I really like your list CB, so I'm going to steal it!
Expropriate
Leovold, Emissary of Trest
Mind's Dilation
The Gitrog Monster
Selvala's Stampede
Seasons Past
Tireless Tracker
Recruiter of the Guard. Value town.
Thing in the Ice / Awoken Horror
Sorin, Grim Nemesis
Okay, I've finally closed this off and updated the OP with the results. Thanks for voting, guys!
@Yabast: Burgeoning is actually a reprint (albeit a very, very old one - it was in Stronghold, many moons ago), so I had to discount it. I just lopped that one out of your list and kept going.
I'll throw the full list in a spoiler in the OP in the next day or so, and hopefully get around to updating the main "Best Multiplayer Cards Available" thread (and maybe even a 2016 cube) before the year is out. Thanks again!

The Abbey is #1 but remember to only play it when you can activate it immediately...
The rest is in order as well so Kaya is #7.

My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
