I would be really thankful about opinions what cards to use or maybe simple decklists as it is really hard to make working deck with this theme as it generates lots of ganging on me.
Should I drop red / Grenzo, Havoc Raiser and use just Maddening Imp?

Alternatively add Birthing Pod and a recursive 2 drop to constantly tutor for your millions of 3 drops. The "best" version of this deck would use Collected Company but you want some card advantage so you'll have to run something in that slot. Living Death would work fine for example. Feel free to jam Reflecting Pool in the manabase if you own them.
Deck list looks VERY solid!
Nice wincons and good card advantage.
My playgroup would definitely enjoy playing against this deck and I will proxy it full for next play.

Still seems like a decent 1-of but feel free to cut it. You can obviously field Taurean Mauler over Managorger Hydra if you want to support Balthor but the Hydra is a significantly better card so that doesn't make much sense. Maybe add Olivia Voldaren or Huntmaster of the Fells or something instead.

Also, assuming that you're using proxies I'm thinking that Birds of Paradise would be nutty good as a 1 drop. I don't mind going with value over ramp, this deck doesn't have a high curve or anything, but it's worth considering.
How about Cauldron of Souls instead of/next to Living Death, Prid3?
I look at this decklist and think "Man, Melira would have a massive target on her head... I need a way of recurring her". Cauldron + Melira is a pretty nice lock, especially if you have a way of getting the Cauldron back. Necroskitter also has "Please kill me" painted on his head. Black Sun's Zenith is the baller in this deck... dominant card.
I love the idea of Olivia Voldaren being able to remove the -1/-1 counters from the things you've nicked... that warms my Inner Johnny.
Seems like a good suggestion. The advantage of Living End is that Grenzo is a self-mill engine, most of the deck is creatures and LE is still good even when you topdeck it on turn 20. That being said Cauldron is way better on turn 5 so both cards have their merits. It mostly boils down to personal preference since I assume that either would work just fine. That being I said I have to agree that Cauldron + Melira is a sick combo.
With all of these -1/-1 counters floating around on your opponents stuff. All these +1/+1 counters floating around on your stuff contagion engine seems really good in this deck to me.

I was the guy playing the relentless rats deck back during mirrodin and kamigawa blocks. Yes, cranial extraction was used on me. No, I didn't win much. Yes, I do have a relentless rats edh deck. No, it doesn't win much either...
I dunno about the Melira plan, though. It's cool but full of holes.
I may me be full of holes but at least they're not caused by -1/-1 counters! I agree with you that the gameplan is too convoluted and vulnerable to disruption (hence the revival and card card draw) but at the same time there's no law saying that you can't play a sub-optimal deck. If that's the gameplan that her wants to employ, so be it.
Idea is to make me immune to infect and my creatures to -1/-1 counters with Melira, Sylvok Outcast
Then to force opponents creatures deal damage as wither / infect with Glistening Oil & Everlasting Torment and to force them to attack each other with Grenzo, Havoc Raisers goad and maybe Maddening Imp.
I would steal creatures that die from battles with Necroskitter as they all have -1/-1 counters on them and to use them to goad even more creatures.
I could use my own gigantic Managorger Hydra or Forgotten Ancient as finisher with Rancor and Glistening Oil when I want to take someone out.

Only Balthor the Defiled is bit mystery as it doesn't return Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Managorger Hydra or Forgotten Ancient?
Collected Companys price seems to be going down fast, so I'll test it and Birthing Pod both.

Olivia Voldaren would be very nasty eot sniper with Glistening Oil or Everlasting Torment if i have 1 or 2 Crumbling Ashes in deck.
With Necroskitter out I could steal creatures for 2 mana and Olivia Voldaren even replaces -1/-1 counters from Glistening Oil.

Also, I was thinking that any Jund deck with recursive threats and Glistening Oils and/or Rancors has to want Shattergang Brothers. Cards seems like it would be absurd in the Birthing Pod version.
