I am currently working on my first EDH deck based around Marchesa, the Black Rose and the Sliver/Dethrone shenanigans available in her colors. Attack the opponent with a mass of Slivers, rinse and repeat!
The deck list I have is currently short 8 cards and lacks a bit of focus. I'm not sure the Training Grounds inclusion has a strong enough interaction with the rest of the deck... Any suggestions would be most welcomed!
As you can plainly see there's way too much OP junk that you're missing to make this archetype truly busted. Don't mess around with marginal tricks or 2-for-1s.
Thanks for the feedback! I am in the process of updating the list. Do you think Training Grounds has enough to work with in this deck? It's obviously a powerful card, but I've never played with it before. I feel like the creature base isn't quite pushed enough in that direction. I'll likely be cutting the Sphinx and a few of the weaker changeling creatures.

You're going way too deep man. Your deck has one Training Grounds and 0 tutors and so you'll see it once every 5 games. Don't start cutting inherently powerful cards for do-nothing synergies that'll never come together. If your deck has enough cards to make TG work then keep it. Otherwise cut it. Don't start building around a card that you'll see once every 5 games.

Yeah, looking back on what I was able to find, there really wasn't anything stunningly good to add to the mix. To be honest, I was mostly trying to justify an expensive card I already had. If it doesn't work in the deck, it would go a long way in funding other cards that aren't in yet
Assuming I cut TG, the tweaks I would want to make (I assume) are Sliver, Dethrone, or +1/+1 counters matter cards. Plus pushing the mass card draw a bit farther.

Meh, that's not how I see it. Personally I just want a fun, powerful deck and I'll happily field whatever maximizes my chances of winning. In that sense I don't think it matters what the card does as long as it significantly improves your probability of winning. Mass card draw will typically win games regardless of your strategy and so it rarely makes sense to cut it for "fair" synergies. At the end of the day drawing a ton of cards is always awesome and since creature-based decks struggle against removal and such you want many ways to go about beating it.
For example, one strategy that I've personally employed in the past in 3+ color Tribal decks is Wheels and Recurs. That is, I played every Wheel of Fortune, Windfall, Whispering Madness, etc. in the book and combo'd it with cards like Notion Thief, Living Death, Patriarch's Bidding, Twilight's Call, etc. My plan to beat Control decks was to OTK them if they wanted to beat me with Wrath of Gods. Again, this why cards like Heart Sliver are so freaking good because they turn Living Deaths into OTKs in Control MUs. That isn't to say that this is the only way to build this deck but as you can see there's plenty of ways to skin the cat. Wheels don't fit any theme necessarily but if they bring something unique and powerful to the archetype then don't discount them just because they don't fit into a box.
Another card that I've seen used in Marchesa decks is Cauldron of Souls. Marchesa can be thwarted if you kill her then nuke the board before she recurs herself at EOT. After all, it's not as though her effects from the GY/CZ. With CoS you can give all of your creatures Persist which at least forces that much more interaction from your adversaries.
EDIT: Also, and I should have mentioned this in my first reply, Necrologia is basically a 1-card win condition in Marchesa. You draw ~20 cards (including a "Living Death" or a way to tutor for one), discard your Slivers untap and win. It gets even uglier if you have a Syphon Sliver at which point you should be able to draw your entire deck. Stupendously powerful card in Dethrone decks.

Thank you for the continued feedback. I definitely see the power of mass card draw >> discard >> GY recursion. I also added a Geier Reach Sanitarium into the mix for some additional, repeatable card draw/discard. Cauldron of Souls is a great add!
Ah, I wasn't really trying to get you to add the Wheels and Recur spells and such. I was mostly just trying to illustrate how you shouldn't focus too hard on anything other than making the best deck possible whatever that entails.

I could easily see myself chopping any of these cards at any time.
I see... I tend to be fairly literal-minded and I saw a certain strength in the "Wheel and deal," so... <shrug> I'm not familiar enough with the format to really know how to take the Marchesa/Sliver deck over the top, which is why I've been jamming in all the Slivers/Dethrone cards I can think of. I guess at some point I'll just need to assemble the deck and see how it fairs in play. In response to the cards you would cut... are there still any that scream, "Why isn't he putting THIS in his deck?"
Toxic Sliver + Psionic Sliver is a pretty great combo in your colors - I could see cutting Mer-Ek Nightblade for it. This gives you a way to push past pillowfort guy and also ping down dorks!
Toxin Sliver + Psionic Sliver doesn't work though, does it? Toxin works with combat damage only, unless I'm missing something. Mer-Ek Nightblade might be the best fit in place of Toxin?
In response to the cards you would cut... are there still any that scream, "Why isn't he putting THIS in his deck?"
Unspeakable Symbol is usually the first card that Marchesa decks tutor for. It's basically the strongest card for the archetype. Just so everyone's clear, Marchesa effects herself. Yes, you can always respond to removal by using Unspeakable Symbol to put a counter on her to recur her. Unless people have something like Sudden Death you can't lose your creatures. Period. Card is obnoxious to play against.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Unspeakable Symbol are both really great adds! I wasn't familiar with the Symbol at all. I've made a few tweaks to the OP based on these suggestions. I'm not sure whether to keep the "Wheel and Deal" path I have now, or go with the "Time Warp" strategy. We shall see. Thanks again!
C17, Ixalan, and other recent sets have offered a bunch of tribal options that seemed perfect for this deck. Conspiracy >> Arcane Adaptation - An identical card with a significantly easier casting cost, yes please. Unnatural Selection >> Shifting Shadow - I never found the former card to be especially necessary with both Conspiracy (now Arcane Adaptation) and Hivestone in a mostly Sliver decklist. I feel like Shifting Shadow adds a nice aggressive push and effectively adds a hasty sliver every upkeep (once Marchesa is out). It's not a perfect addition by any means as I run the risk typical of most auras, but I definitely want to test it out. Dack's Duplicate >> Metallic Mimic - Easier to cast, sets the rest of the deck up for Marchesa's ability even before attacking. Seems like a (slightly pricey) win.
The deck list I have is currently short 8 cards and lacks a bit of focus. I'm not sure the Training Grounds inclusion has a strong enough interaction with the rest of the deck... Any suggestions would be most welcomed!

Which is obviously most of them. That isn't to say that I'm fan of every creature in your deck either. Needless to say the deck could use some work.
Dimir Signet, Rakdos Signet, Izzet Signet, Coalition Relic, Chromatic Lantern and Darksteel Ingot are all solid forms of ramp.
Heart Sliver and Homing Sliver are the two strongest Red Slivers by a significant margin. Must-haves.
Synapse Sliver and Telekinetic Sliver are very good. By extension so is Bident of Thassa and Opposition.
Mana Echoes is oppressive and must be added. Card is ridiculous in tribal decks.
Intruder Alarm is usually broken in these kinds of shells.
Glen Elendra Archmage is oppressive in Marchesa shells. Also loves Sage of Fables
Unnatural Selection is required for your creature-type shenaningans. Must-have.
Conspiracy is reasonable as Hivestone #2.
You need more mass card draw. Don't waste your time with 2-for-1s such as Read the Bones. I typically opt for Mystic Remora, Rhystic Study, Phyrexian Arena, Necrologia and Recurring Insight.
Cyclonic Rift goes in every Blue deck no exceptions.
Coat of Arms wins games.
Living Death and Patriarch's Bidding are fantastic solutions to mass removal.
As you can plainly see there's way too much OP junk that you're missing to make this archetype truly busted. Don't mess around with marginal tricks or 2-for-1s.

Skullclamp and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed are other examples of "must play" staples for obvious reasons.
Every Marchesa deck that I've faced has had cards like Archaeomancer, Mnemonic Wall, Anarchist, Izzet Chronarch and Time Walks such as Time Warp and Walk the Aeons. The idea here is to recur your Time Walks or Living Deaths until you you win. This is where Wheels come into play in a big way since filling your GY with key spells is very important to this strategy.
Sac outlets such as like Carrion Feeder, Viscera Seer, Ashnod's Altar and Sadistic Hypnotist are insane and so silly things with Skullclamp. Note that because Carrion Feeder puts counters on himself he's virtually impossible to remove which is a bonus.
Cards like Sneak Attack and Deathrender offer a lot of value.
