This isn't the deck for Serra's Blessing. Your creatures already have vigilance to begin with and Assemble doesn't care about speed. Eventually you'll produce enough tokens to kill the table off and you don't need to swing + block to get there. Just sit there and block until you can kill everyone in one attack and/or find a 'Haups.
I really don't understand why you're trying to add support cards for Assemble. The entire reason to play with it is because it's a durable threat that eventually wins the game on its own. That's the beauty of it. It doesn't need no help. I strongly encourage you to stop focusing on that aspect of the deck and to focus on things that actually matter. It's completely fine to just sit there and win the game with the 1/1s eventually.
Cards that I would add include more Wraths, more Enchantment-based win conditions (off-the-top of my head I can only think of the 4th Assemble, Luminarch Ascension and maybe Debtors' Knell) and more Armageddons/Wildfires/Destructive Forces. I like the number 6 when it comes to key combo pieces so I'd play at least 6 win conditions, 6 Jokulhaups and probably close to 6 Wraths as well.

I hate you Cz (ノಥ益ಥ)ノ ┻━┻ . Ok. let's all calm down and take a deep breath. ┬─┬ ノ( ゜-゜ノ). Better?
Run Remote Farm and Sandstone Needle in your landbase - they ramp you up to Jokulhaups faster. You don't care if they run out of counters - they're going to bite the big one to the 'Haups anyway.
Obligatory Darksteel Citadel mention. You may want to stick to lands that colour-fix here, but casting 'Haups and continuing with up to four more land on the table than anyone else is made of win (can't say it works too well with Land Tax tho)!
I highly recommend at least a couple of copies of Oblivion Ring here. You have no enchantment or planeswalker removal currently, and these things live through the 'Haups. Plus you get to watch your mates go "... oh, everything's dead. At least I get my <insert O-Ringed permanent of choice here> back... oh... gnaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgghhhh!!"
Being has how a lot of folks play broken things in our meta lately, I figure this would fit perfectly.
Here is what I have so far..
4 Sacred Foundry
4 Clifftop Retreat
2 Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion
5 Plains
5 Mountain
2 Gisela, Blade of Goldnight
2 Avacyn, Angel of Hope
4 Worn Powerstone
1 Sol Ring
4 Wrath of God
4 Swords to Plowshares
2 Gleam of Battle
3 Assemble the Legion
4 Serra's Blessing
4 Jokulhaups
Mostly going with the Assemble+Hops, but the Angels+Assemble would go well also in the event Hops is countered or something of the sort.
Gleam of Battle to support a small number of Assemble the Legions is the very definition of "win-more."
Guilds of Ravnica - Commander 2018 - Core 2019 - Battlebond - Dominaria - Rivals of Ixalan - Ixalan - Commander 2017 - Hour of Devastation - Amonket - Aether Revolt - Commander 2016 - Kaladesh - Conspiracy 2 - Eldritch Moon - Shadows Over Innistrad - Oath of the Gatewatch - Commander 2015 - Battle for Zendikar - Magic Origins - Dragons of Tarkir
Green - Blue - Red - White - Gold
Was thinking of adding in a few Field Marshal's as well for some support in lieu of the Blessings.
