Those are the cheap suggestions, now for the ones that make a Goblin deck a Goblin deck:
Goblin Piledriver. He is THE card that wins you the game versus blue, and he's Shared Animosity on a body. There aren't words to describe how awesome he is. Goblin Lackey. Too good to ignore, he helps you pump out additional Goblins for an overwhelming start at the beginning of the game. Some also like Warren Instigator.
Goblin Sharpshooter. The card advantage he provides versus Delver, Snapcaster, Vendillion Clique, well, against a lot of creatures not a Merfolk, a Llurgoyf or a Mongoose can get owned by him. He helps in the mirror significantly. AEther Vial. Your out against control also helps you get double the dudes into play.
Cards you might want to find singles of to hunt with Matron later:
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. Doesn't sound so awesome at first, but um, he can copy Piledrivers and Siege Gang Commanders at best and Mogg War Marshals or lords are worst. Absolutely amazing, run 1 to fetch with Matron.
Krenko, Mob Boss. Again, run 1 to fetch with the Matron cause I doubt you'll want your hand clogged with him. A Saproling Symbiosis on a body for Goblins alone, you can have an overwhelming advantage if you can fetch him with a haste-provider out. He's also not expensive, which is a plus.
I can understand if things like Kiki-Jiki or Piledrivers are out of your budget, so you could probably use something like Dragon Fodder + Shared Animosity (with something like Bloodmark Mentor, you can make your opponents crap their pants at how your 8 little 1/1s just all became 8/1s with first strike and if they don't unfavorably block they suddenly lose, lol) and the like with Matrons to ensure you always get a Krenko, Mob Boss. That might be helpful until you upgrade to Piledrivers, etc..
Actually, that's probably a very good idea. For a budget idea, look into the first few cards mentioned, ignore Piledriver through Kiki-Jiki if they're too expensive, and look into using Dragon Fodder, Bloodmark Mentor and Shared Animosity with intent to move up into a more competitive deck. This way, you'll be able to cheaply move into a fast deck, but be able to convert pretty easily into a competitive one that can face multiple sweepers, etc., if need be later.
Your number of Siege-Gang Commanders is perfect. Don't lose them, and don't use too many of him because his cost is extremely prohibitive for a deck that should always say, "Gotta go fast" like Sanic.
Yea, there's other ways of doing things. I also happen to have a set of Goblin Lackey and Warren Instigator, so i could make an annoying all out creature deck.
But yea, thanks for the advice :). I'll look into it more in detail later. I only did multiplayer this week at FNM so it's ok if this one isn't finished, theres next week :P.
But i was definitely thinking of just making aggressive goblins. I just think the whole sac idea could work as well... But anyways, i'll be posting another version later when i have more time

Thoughts? I want to keep this a budget deck really, nothing more than 30-40 dollars total. I kinda want Siege-Gang Commander in that deck, but not sure what to do. Maybe remove Goblin Guide?
So since i had many cool goblin cards doing nothing, i decided to make a goblin deck featuring goblin bombardment. Lots of goblin make cool things when they die and this deck is made to abuse that:
I just built this Goblin deck and would like to get some feedback on it. What do you guys think? What should be changed? I haven't had a chance to play test it at all so I'm not sure how effective it is.

I can see where you are going with the Empty the Warrens and Rituals, but I think it'd be better to just go with more gobbos instead. Voracious Dragon is keepable, but I'd definetly add Krenko and his command. Unchecked he can just amass an army in no time. I'd prolly remove the Chancellor, Predator, and even Memnite to add more goblins. And as for the Seething and the Plunge, go with some direct damage/removal like Lightning Bolt and Goblin Grenade.
I just built this Goblin deck and would like to get some feedback on it. What do you guys think? What should be changed? I haven't had a chance to play test it at all so I'm not sure how effective it is.
I got a chance to play test this deck now and it's a monster. I did put Searing Spear in place of AEther Vial because I really didn't need it to get goblins in to play and I plan on adding Murderous Redcap in place of Goblin Guide so my new deck will look like this
I love throwing down a Mogg Maniac because most people do not like his reflect damage ability. Horde of Boggarts is also a nice top end of 4cmc and with plenty of goblins, can get real big real quick.
I plan on getting a playset of teetering peaks, and a playset of Ancient ziggurat's, the ziggurat's are going to be thrown into my sliver tribe deck if I find no other use for them.
I won't go for very expensive cards, so please recommend cards within 0.10 to 4 $ maximum, I don't want to go over 20-35 dollars, since I have to pay 10% in taxes if I do so, after shipping costs.
So I've always had a thing for goblins and I'd like to make a goblin deck now. Problem is I'm just coming back from a 15 year break and have nearly no card base to build from (just some innistrad and rtr stuff). Can anyone suggest a casual and fun deck (read cheap since I have to buy every card) that I can win with now and again? In the future (when I get more $) I can upgrade some cards to make it more competitive.
Read the primer again and dang! Why are all the staple goblin cards $10 and $20!?!
This is where my Goblin Deck is at... Would love feedback as this is pretty much my prime deck... I'm relatively new to MTG, and I've been playing gobs a bit with a focus to
a) make a deck that is fun
b) make a deck that is competitive
c) not just to replicate what is advised online...
Am I the only one psyched for (and happily enjoying the awesomeness of):
Not to mention the insanity of Goblin Pyromancer, it makes for a devastatingly quick game. Trample/first strike/pumped (by at least 3 power [this is excluding possible lord effects already in play]) with 3-5 goblins on turn 4!?
Also, Curse of Stalked Prey and Curse of the Nightly Hunt: enchantments that help the gobs or not? I think the Nightly Hunt is only viable if you're going for the 'suicide red' build I'm hinting at with the Legion Loyalist, but I'm still playtesting the Stalked Prey.. Has anyone else tried it?
Pretty strait forward. Cast a ton of goblins and smash face. Budget would like to make changes up to $30. I going to replace 2 raging goblin with 1 goblin bushwhacker and warren instigator. The other 2 raging goblin and lightning crafter with goblin guide. other than that i kinda stuck. Budget would be 30 dollars in changes. Any advice would be helpful.

I like him, but if we're talking Legacy, most of the cards there are still not worth it, even if this guy makes him better. Personally, I was most excited for this guy plus Goblin Piledriver. Goblin Pyromancer is pretty ridiculous, though; I'm just not sure because it may be too "ALL IN" for my taste.

Wasn't a fan of Goblins when I first started playing Magic, so I never really gave them a try. This was untill recent when Krenko, Mob Boss was introduced to me.This Guy won my time and effort.I began building a Goblin deck, Focusing on tokens and such, strategy was numbers.Later on went on adding Burn into the deck and a few days later I welcomed Artifacts, which just took the deck to a whole another level.
I'm pretty happy with what I'm running, but since this is my first Goblin Deck perhaps someone can give me some tips on how to improve this?
I was looking into changing out Coat of Arms, which only helped my once in a multiplayer match that lasted a bit longer then what I thought.

Fling? Fling what? I see no incredible big creatures, you could use Lightning Bold for the same damage.
This looks like a deck, where Goblin Assault could fit in.
Do you want to stay red? There are lots of spells and goblins in Black, waiting for suicide action:
and Non-Goblins
to name a few.
http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=94190
Some of the decks in this thread are outdated as hell, though.
General tips:
Goblin Ringleader. You'll want them.
Goblin Matron. You'll want it too.
Gempalm Incinerator. Uncounterable (except by Stifle, etc.) removal? You'll definitely want it.
Lords are good. Goblin Warchief and Goblin Chieftan give you much needed haste.
Mogg War Marshal is awesome. Looks underwhelming, so much better in practice.
Those are the cheap suggestions, now for the ones that make a Goblin deck a Goblin deck:

Been playing a goblin aggro type of deck at the kitchen table. Looking for some criticism/feedback/tweaks, and what-not. First off, here' the list:
4 Goblin Arsonist
4 Mogg War Marshal
4 Goblin Chieftain
2 Chancellor of the Forge
2 Predator Dragon
2 Voracious Dragon
4 Dragon Fodder
2 Seething Song
1 Geosurge
4 Empty the Warrens
Was thinking maybe including Krenko, Mob Boss and Krenko's Command, maybe Goblin Bushwhacker and even Siege-Gang Commander.
Anyways, game plan is generally just clog the board and drop a fatty to win:
Chancellor makes a mass amount of tokens and just wins with numbers (Replaceable by Krenko I think.)
Predator Dragon just swings for way too much. (Probably dropping cause chump-blocks are annoying. Likely just +Voracious dragons)
Voracious Dragon turns goblins intro shocks for free.
The way i see it can be played aggro by spamming dudes with a chieftain out, or combo by chaining ramp-spells into Empty the Warrens
Thoughts on which direction to go? Or, if possible, is there a way to include them both?

I don't see why Legion Loyalist isn't a consideration for the tight knit circle of 'essential gobs'. That card alone makes Clickslither, Goblin Assault, and Goblin Pyromancer completely viable, it powers Goblin Bushwacker up more by making it slightly less meh (along with Goblin Wardriver), and turn Goblin Piledriver into a show stopper. Everyone benefits from first strike and trample! EVERYONE!
Am I right or am I just a noob here?
Also, Curse of Stalked Prey and Curse of the Nightly Hunt: enchantments that help the gobs or not? I think the Nightly Hunt is only viable if you're going for the 'suicide red' build I'm hinting at with the Legion Loyalist, but I'm still playtesting the Stalked Prey.. Has anyone else tried it?

Yeah, since assembling and playing what is currently my mono red goblin deck, I've become more accustomed to winning with Krenko, mob boss + Goblin warstrike, Krenko, mob boss + Skirk Prospector + Goblin Sharpshooter, and just sheer early-game dudes beating on my opponent faster than they can respond. Legion loyalist actually comes less in handy, but helps secure Goblin lackey with battalion, among many other things.
