I am challenging myself to build a deck around art of women holding axes. There's quite a lot to choose from! Of course I'd like to include as much axe art as possible, but still have the deck to function well. Sadly sometimes the best art doesn't make the cut. Help me assemble the Ultimate wood-chopping team!
One opportunity for improvement is increasing consistency by reducing card variety since there are so many 2-of legedaries. I wonder if it would be better to have 3 copies of the 3-cmc legendaries and cut out less impactful cards... I do want to avoid having duplicate legendaries rotting in-hand but having so many different 2-ofs makes me wary. How do you weigh that cost-benefit?
I'm eager to discover cards that generate better value for each other. I want to make the deck well-rounded enough to survive into the mid game, then have key pieces that enable the axe warriors to go sideways and swing the opponent out of the game. All criticisms are appreciated!
For your consideration here are more axes and cards that might have synergy but ultimately didn't get on the list. I still have my eye on Orge Battledriver.

The win-con for this deck is running down the opponent with creatures in the mid-game. It aims to pump warriors with Lovisa Coldeyes, Bramblewood Paragon, and Paragon of Fierce Defiance, haste them, and sneak them through with Champion of Lambholt. Brighthearth Banneret gets our warriors onto the field cheaply, and Neyith of the Dire Hunt draws cards in the mid-late game so we can keep dropping creatures. Norin the Wary is around to stack counters on Lambholt during each player's turn.
