I am thinking about deck, where i want to be as annoying as i can. I want to beat my opponent with his own deck, dodge some dangerous cards from that opponent and so on. So i was thinking about cards like:
The most straight forward approach to playing with your opponent's deck is very likely Shared Fate. With that you are literally playing with his deck, and he with yours. Just make sure, that your deck cannot remove the enchantment.

Another idea, and one I did myself, is building around Puca's Mischief. My deck list is around here somewhere, if you are curious. It's a bit outdated, though. Here's the link to the thread:

As far as protecting yourself early game, that is the job of Counterspell, unsummon, Fog Bank, Guard Gormazoa, and Propaganda.
You can also use Dissapation Field and Dream Fighter. Mistblade Shinobi can also slow your opponent down if they didn't leave a blocker.
But also Rite of Replication, Phyrexian Metamorph, and Phantasmal Image. Because copying is almost as good as stealing.
You could build a mono-blue Cloudpost deck to power out some of the more mana-heavy cards on these lists.
