After not having much luck at FNM on modern night with other decks I decided to go super casual and play the most vanilla green deck I could think of. its made to just goof off and have some silly fun on Friday nights
I don't really know, what you expect of us then, but ok.
Even if you want to go super casual, I think, you still want to have a functional deck. For that, you need more lands. Yes, you have 8 mana dorks, but with only 20 lands, your chances of having to take a mulligan are way to high. And you want to reach 6 mana, which is also likely t take a while due to lack of lands. The deck needs at least 2 more lands. And because you have 8 mana dorks, the ramp spell for the deck should be Cultivate and/or Kodama's Reach instead of Rampant Growth. All of this will bring you to 5 mana quickly and reliably. Which means, you want a 5 mana critter to drop then. I don't know, how goofy you want to be there, but from 5/5 vanilla beaters like Hollowhenge Beast to Gigantosaurus you have quite the choice of overly big critters for that cost. Maybe you do want some extra abilities, in which case there are Oversoul of Dusk, Vigilant Baloth, etc.
Giant Growth is a one shot effect. A combat trick, yes, but not impressive at all even as that. How about Moldervine Cloak to make your Elves join the fun as vanilla beaters? Dredge also helps with delve for the Hooting Mandrils. Heck, you could play Blanchwood Armor to goof around. No one's going to expect that card in a tournament. Prey Upon also becomes better this way, because you have more bigger creatures. I still would go with Rabid Bite, Nature's Way, Epic Confrontation, etc., or at least the instant versions of PU, Pit Fight or Pounce. Cartouche of Strength may be an option for you as well.
Edit:
You may want to incorporate some lower cost fatties, too, because mana dorks are fragile and may not survive long enough to fulfil their function. Leatherback Baloth and Steel Leaf Champion can come down as early as turn two if the dork suvives, and can come down early enough still if it doesn't. Deadbridge Goliath is another cheap fatty, that can serve to make a dork into a fatty after its death.
I highly recommend playing 4 Leatherback Baloth + 4 Steel-Leaf Champion, a great turn 2 play after playing a mana Elf. Even better, replace Llanowar Elves with Wild Growth (much less likely to get killed).
The deck can very rapidly get out of control with 1/1 counters, it has one of the biggest 2 drops in the game with Avatar of the Resolute, and Maulfist is a lord that pumps all of your guys going in and out.

If you forgo the Hooting Mandrills and the Satyr Wayfinder to fuel it, you could run Ulvenwald Captive/Ulvenwald Abomination as a mana dork that turns itself into a fatty later.
Monstrous creatures from Theros block also can make themselves bigger later, like Nessian Asp and Nemesis of Mortals.
