I had a UG deck two years ago that functioned on master transmuter dropping platinum emperion for one mana and using mirror works to have multiples of emperion. The mill came from grindclock, I would use voltaic key and kioras follower to ramp up grindlock counters quickly while not having to worry about my life total. I also ran vorel of the hull class to double the grindclock counters and could mill multiple people out by turn seven or eight. I've since had to sell the deck to make rent and decided to remake it now, replacing platinum emperion with platinum angel. These are the main cards I for sure want to run but, as this is the second deck I've made, I can't think of anything to fill the rest with. I don't even knnow what mechanics I shouild be looking for, let alone what specific cards. Any help is appreciated! P.S. I'm also on the lookout for something like mycosynth lattice to be able to untap all permanents with unwinding clock.
Lightning Greaves is a common card in that style of deck. It gives your Transmuter haste so it can activate the turn it comes down and if you equip it to a Platinum Angel the shroud means they can't remove it without non0-targetted remvoal which is somewhat uncommon in modern.
