I want to build a casual deck full of cards that make the game as messed up as possible. It's a strictly-for-fun thing, meant for casual multiplayer to make the game as convoluted and strange as I can. I don't necessarily even want a win condition, just cards that make things more weird and complicated Ideas:
Conjured Currency: just leave it on the table and let people steal each other's permanents the whole game. Goblin Game: kind of mandatory for this concept, honestly Zur's Weirding: changes a fundamental mechanic (drawing) camouflage: only I can play it, which makes me like it less, but the idea would be to cast it right when one of the other players is attacking a player besides me. (If you read the Oracle text, it works for other players besides the caster)
The only restrictions here are that first, I want to stay away from Unglued/Unhinged. Second, budget is somewhat limited, so I'm not gonna grab four Chaos Orbs even if they work here. Cards below $5.00 or so are fine. I don't care how many colors or which ones it is; I'd be willing to do a five color deck with 100 cards. Like I said, I want cards that just make the game funnier.
(I like to call this concept a "lack of control deck.")
I removed cards my lands and cards that were WAY over your budget. I built/upgrade this my deck under two philosophies:
1- I want to get everyone playing a lot of cards (typically the more a player can do the more fun the player has) and modify the battlefield as much as possible.
2- I want to keep myself alive as long as possible without winning. This is why I play Guard Gomazoa and Devastation Tide because often you'll get a player that will focus on you since you have little to no defenses. I'll often hold DT if the game is looking rather balanced, (though with Teferi's Puzzlebox it has interesting results. Also if need be, Wheel and Deal and Winds of Change can be weaponized for a control aspect when Omen Machine is already out. OM and TPB do this together too, but usually I steer away from it if possible.
Thieves' Auction is also a possibility, but people often react strongly to it (emotionally) so look out.
Whenever someone says "messed up Magic" Reality Twist or Naked Singularity always comes to mind. Play with Solemnity to make either stick around a bit longer than a few turns.

Cast Camouflage only during your declare attackers step.

Damn, missed that. Ah, well. Thanks to you and Rezahan for these ideas. You've given me a lot of options!
