While that works, do you really need Kaervek's Spite and O-Ring? Your only permanents in the deck that you plan on dropping are lands and O-Ring/Glory (the rest is rituals, draw spells and transmute). So you don't need that much effort to have 0 permanents. You just need to have no lands in play. If you're trying to sacrifice all your lands, you can just use Zuran Orb for way cheaper.
As for cards in hand, there are also plenty of discard outlets that require 0 mana to use. It would not be difficult to sacrifice all your lands and discard your hand at opponent's EOT for 0 mana, then untap and win with Barren Glory.
(NOTE: If you were planning to also use O-Rings as removal, you can just use something like Utter End, Vindicate or Council's Judgment instead and you would still have 0 other nonland permanents)

You do realize that Zuran Orb still stays in game, so you also have to get rid of him?
As for the deck, I like it. Maybe it could become a bit boring, but it looks really good. But I really don't like the Transmute cards. They're just bad, slow and conditional Tutors. I mean, Netherborn Phalanx can only transmute into Barren Glory, but not Oblivion Ring or Kaervek's Spite. I would suggest using Demonic Consultation instead. That leaves you with another open 4 slots, which could be used for Banishing Light for more answers and combo pieces.
Oh yeah, oops. Well an alternative is Renounce, or you can use a Claws of Gix to sacrifice the Orb (and itself) using mana floated, or you can simply cast Armageddon.
The point is that in a spell-based deck that doesn't need to play other nonland permanents, it's quite easy to ditch your board without having to run some convoluted O-Ring combo.
Academy Rector. It's a bit pricy, but it allows you to cast him, then Kaervek's Spite to sac and discard everything, triggering the Rector and getting you Barren Glory for the win.

Alternately, you could just cut white and black. Instead of playing combo, you just play a solid value deck and use things like Thragtusk (instead of O_ring). Then, you can randomly cast Worldfire and when Tusk dies you get a free copy of Barren Glory dropped on the battlefield (effectively).
