Ok, so I've made many changes based on recommendations and also researched a lot on my own, I now have more cards then I know what to do with. Now I need help cutting it down it's difficult to choose. Any help will be most appreciated!
Ok so first off which lands do I take out I only need 20ish probably the artifact lands will go but that depends on if the Phylactery Lich stays or goes.
Guilty Conscience does this card + Stuffy Doll+ Pestilence create infinite damage?? Also can you detach equipment whenever you want? To attach to a different creature?
Treacherous Link+ Pariah is this decks bread and butter. + Pestilence of course. Makes me immune to damage by attaching these two enchantments to an opponent's creature.
Pariah not only does this card combo with Link well, it's also extremely versatile in that I could put it on say...Swans of Bryn Argoll for additional draw or Wall of hope for additional life, so long as it's protected. Or High Priest of Penance for compleat and utter chaos!! (So long as it's protected or bolstered) or Stuffy Doll for more damage. Or any other pro black or indestructible creature for protection for me.
Pestilence the inspiration for the deck I used wisps before but didn't like that I needed snow covered lands. Also the Crypt Rats are a creature pestilence that I didn't know about...
Wall of Resistance seems really weak. It stops you from activating pestilence a lot early, and only grows by one counter a turn, while still being vulnerable to removal. You'd be better off fitting another random pro-black guy in that slot. Auriok Champion is not a bad way to gain a bunch of life, and pro red means she also blocks 2/5ths of all creatures indefinitely. Mirran Crusader has great stats and pro black and green. Obsidian Acolyte can be used to pestilence-proof any of your guys, though it doesn't look like any in the current list need it. High Priest of Penance is a decent rattlesnake that can let you take out bigger dudes on Pestilence activations, though ideally you want a way to bolster his toughness to really abuse him.

I think you may want to look at dropping the Phylactery Lich with only six artifact in the deck. Back around Urza's Saga there was a BW preconstructed deck that had Worship + Protection from Black + Pestilence + Urza's Armor that was really fun to play with.
En-Kor creatures are also fun since you can choose where their damage is going to be going (may I suggest something with protection or indestructible?)
If you are looking to try other colors Pestilence + Rite of Passage or Fungus Sliver can make for some big armies.

I took a few of your recommendations to heart and made some changes. What are your thoughts on swapping Crusading Knight for Auriok Champion? Also any thoughts on a good card for High Priest of Penance that also fit with the deck?
Thanks for the feedback everyone!

Hey thanks for the feedback! I want to keep it a white and black only. I really like the Urza's Armor for the synergy with pestilence but I think it's mana cost is pretty high? Feed back on this?
Give your creatures Protection from Black and add a Death Pits of Rath to kill off all your opponents creatures while yours still live and then attack since they have no blockers!!
Someone mentioned Urza's Armor, which will keep Pestilence from killing you; there is also Lashknife Barrier, which will keep Pestilence from killing any of your guys. Also, it's a cantrip!
Death Pits of Wrath a good card! It's casting cost is 5 though. That's pretty high. I'll keep it in mind though. I need the deck to speed up. I'll table that one for now.
Urza's armor is also a solid addition. Does anyone feel like it costs too much?
Lashknife Barrier is pretty interesting! It really opens up the doors to creatures I can play with. With that card I wouldn't need to limit myself to pro black and indestructible creatures. Wow, well that opens a lot of doors.

Darksteel Plate over Treacherous Link would be my suggestion. You can use it to keep a guy alive indefinitely, it's another artifact for Lich, it combos super well with High Priest, and it also combos well with Pariah. The Link seems like a really weird inclusion anyways. I guess you can use it to double down the damage someone takes from pestilence triggers? That doesn't really seem worthwhile though.

Lashknife barrier is good, especially with the en-kor creatures since it changes any damage into 1-point bursts. There are plenty of ways to boost toughness in both Black and White if you want to run High Priest, but if you ever prevent damage he will never trigger.
As for Urza's Armor, 1 or 2 are going to be the most you run and you can always tutor for them. White gives you Lymph Sliver which has a built in Lashknife barrier.
Righteous War also can give your board pro-Pestilence, but if your opponent is playing white that might backfire.
Also, is the Pariah + Treacherous Link in there for Stuffy Doll?
Just to clarify, the pariah+Treacherous Link is more effectively used on an opponants creatures. It turns 1 damage per mana into 3 damage per when using Pestilence.
Pariah is also fairly versatile, I can use it on Stuffy Doll for another 3 damage per mana. Or if I'm feeling threatened or overwhelmed with opponants creatures I can use it on my Darksteel Myr or Phylactery Lich then simply let my opponents hit me.
I can also cast it to aid in creature removal or at least prevent them from attacking with that creature.. Most creatures have equal power and toughness ergo I'd take the damage, then happily transfer it back to attacking creature, destroying it. It they wait too long without dealing with it or attacking with it to be rid of it. That's when Treacherous Link comes into play.
One card that was just brought to my attention was Slagworm Armor. I was thinking it was a good way to bolster High Priest of Penence which would also help the Lich. Darksteel Plate is another possibility now thanks to wildfire. I'm curious to hear feedback on this now.
I'm also looking in to en-Kor redirect damage with Lashknife Barrier but I'm having trouble seeing the fit.
Again thanks so much for the feed back! It's really helping
Ps, I think I'll let Pariah be my Urza's Armor for now. It's cheaper to play. And this deck is slow enough lol
Also I have no side board at all, so any assistance there would also be greatly appreciated.
Hey welcome to the forums.
Is there any particular type of deck or cards in particular that you want sideboard cards for? If not, you could start with a few general sideboard cards:
Thank you everyone for all your suggestions! And sorry for taking so long to respond. I've compleatly revamped it now based on your recommendations and hours of research. Please take a second look and help me chop it down to size.
I was just wondering because Pariah + Treacherous Link was used as an infinite damage loop back with Flesh Reaver I believe. Stuffy Doll can be used in the Reaver's place allowing you to tap it to hit itself, which deals 1 to your opponent, triggers the Link to deal you 1, which is redirected back to the doll which deals 1 to your opponent, then one to you, etc. The only thing is you need a way to break the loop via sacrifice or an instant like Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile for Stuffy Doll, or Disenchant for the Treacherous Loop.
Ahh nice creature did you read guilty conscience in the new breakdown portion of the first post? I think it does the same thing. I wonder which is the better option?
It seems you want your deck to want to go in several directions at once! Many of them are interesting. You should focus your strategy in order to cut cards from your deck.
I see you combo with rats, Priest and darksteel plate. It can be a valid direction to go in, particularly if you decide to include an artifact sub-theme with Phylactery Lich.
I also see you included a whole bunch of Pro-black creatures. You only need one in play to keep Pestilence alive. While it is nice to have multiples to fight removal and have a faster clock, the number you have is just extraordinary.
I would start by taking a good long look at cards that require multiple white mana to cast. The card that will be hardest to cast for you is Boros Reckoner. While he's a great card, he takes you into yet another direction, and the 3 white mana is not worth it from what I see with the rest of the deck. I would cut them. Auriok Champion can also be a bit hard to cast (you really want to have access to a lot of black mana). It's an excellent card for the strategy, but 4 is too much. I would cut one or two.
Swans of Bryn Argoll: an awesome card that is unfortunately very win-more in this deck. I tried them out, and once you have the mana to really break this, the opponent might be doing it too and/or you are already way ahead from Pestilence being around. I would cut them for now, with the hopes of maybe adding them again.
Nomads En-Kor are good with Stuffy and Reckoner-type cards. I don't think it's worth the effort. I would cut them.
Erebos seems kind of random. I would cut them.
4 Enlightened tutor is way too much. I would cut back to 2 (unless you want to go for a Treacherous link/ Pariah combo or Guilty Conscience/ Stuffy combo).
Cut the Slagwurm armor. The equip cost is just too much.
4 Darksteel plate seems like a lot. I'd cut back on those, especially if you're using tutors. They might not even be necessary depending on your angle.
Scythe of the Wretched is only good with the Rats combo. If you're not going that way, I'd take them out.
Brave the Sands... no. Definitely an auxiliary card that can easily be cut.
Righteous War: there are enough (good) cards with Protection/indestructibility in Magic now that this card feels obsolete. I'd cut them all.
Serra's Sanctum: Not making that precious black mana you want. I would cut those.
Essentially, if you have access to Scrublands, all you really want aside from that are Fetid Heaths and Marsh Flats. The rest can be mostly swamps, a few plains and maybe 1-2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. 22-25 lands is perfectly appropriate.
Essentially, I see 3 different directions you can go with your current list of cards:
1. Pro-black creatures + Pestilence.
2. Crypt Rats Combo, probably with Phylactery Lich.
You can follow my suggestions accordingly for each category, and this should help you massively in reducing your deck into something more cohesive.
Also, as a side note: when using deck tags, it's not necessary for you to use card tags within the deck tags. It will happen by itself. That will save you a lot of time and will reduce the number of possible typing mistakes.
Ok, so I've made many changes based on recommendations and also researched a lot on my own, I now have more cards then I know what to do with. Now I need help cutting it down it's difficult to choose. Any help will be most appreciated!
4 Auriok Champion
4 Nomads en-Kor
4 Wall of Hope
4 High Priest of Penance
4 Darksteel Myr
4 Boros Reckoner
4 Crypt Rats
4 Phylactery Lich
3 Stillmoon Cavalier
2 Swans of Bryn Argoll
1 Erebos, God of the Dead
2 Stuffy Doll
Spells:
4 Enlightened Tutor
4 Guilty Conscience
4 Slagwurm Armor
4 Darksteel Plate
4 Scythe of the Wretched
1 Brave the Sands
2 Greater Auramancy
1 Mine Excavation[c/]
4 Treacherous Link
1 Righteous War
4 Pariah
4 Pestilence
4 Fetid Heath
4 Vault of Whispers
4 Godless Shrine
4 Isolated Chapel
4 Temple of Silence
4 Serra's Sanctum
4 Scoured Barrens
4 Scrubland
Now I'll break it all down and ask questions
Ok so first off which lands do I take out I only need 20ish probably the artifact lands will go but that depends on if the Phylactery Lich stays or goes.
There is no particular order.
CREATURES
Nomads en-Kor -can redirect Damage to any of my protected or indestructible creatures. Works well with Swans of Bryn Argoll for card draw or Stuffy Doll to damage.
Wall of Hope Alternate life gain method especially if I put Slagwurm Armor or Darksteel Plate on it + Pestilence
Auriok Champion Has pro black, and life gain. -is safe from Pestilence and or
Crypt Rats
High Priest of Penance also is very nice with Slagwurm Armor or Darksteel Plate on it + Pestilence. Here is an insane combo- Crypt Rats+Scythe of the Wretched+ High Priest of Penance you equip the scythe on the rats, if the priest or rat dies, it comes back under your control. You damage a huge creature once, then kill it with the priest, it comes back under your control.
Boros Reckoner 3 cc for a 3/3 basically a stronger more expensive Stuffy Doll once I put Slagwurm Armor or Darksteel Plate on it + Pestilence
Crypt Rats a creature pestilence who needs protection. See high priest for combo.
Darksteel Myr indestructible, immune to pestilence and or crypt rats
Phylactery Lich Indestructible 3cc for a 5/5 needs artifacts to survive though.
Stillmoon Cavalier pro black pumpable... Probably gonna chop this one.
Wall of Light just a more powerful pro black cemetery gate. Likely be chopped.
Erebos, God of the Dead indestructible 4 cc opponents can't gain life.
SPELLS
Enlightened Tutor my fetch artifact or enchantment card. Must have.
Guilty Conscience does this card + Stuffy Doll+ Pestilence create infinite damage?? Also can you detach equipment whenever you want? To attach to a different creature?
Slagwurm Armor It's primarily for High Priest of Penance but could be used on Crypt Rats or Wall of Hope or Boros Reckoner if it makes the cut.
Brave the Sands just a enchantment I stumbled across that seems like the dual blocking Indestructible might be worth it.
Greater Auramancy take care of those enchantments?
Scythe of the Wretched see high priest above for combo. I can't see any other uses for it. A +2 toughness on the Wall of hope
Or any other pro black or indestructible creature for protection for me.
Righteous War maybe a better option then all the artifacts? However does it cover High Priest of Penance? That's the big question?
Indestructibility just seems too expensive.
Pestilence the inspiration for the deck I used wisps before but didn't like that I needed snow covered lands. Also the Crypt Rats are a creature pestilence that I didn't know about...
