OK, so I'm currently in the midst of building this, and am almost done. the basic idea is get a bunch of tokens early, and then with Krenko, Mob boss simply multiply to however many goblins you need. The only real combo in this deck is Guttersnipe + Howl of the Horde + Lightning Helix for a possible 17 damage
The feel of this deck is aggro with width and ability to dance around midrange with enough goblins to still finish if game drags a little bit.
The main problem I see is nothing in the 1CMC spot - which is wasting a turn for any deck with an aggro lean. I'd suggest some R goblin drops that have synergy with the deck - I don't know what your budget is but off the top of my head Goblin Lackey to speed up the deck and get some big hitters in play quickly, Skirk Prospector for a mana boost, Frenzied Goblin to lock down a threat on opponent's board, Raging Goblin for early aggression, Kill-Suit Cultist for a bit of manageable removal if your opponent is dropping threats.

I actually have no money right now. I figured with as fast as Krenko works through the deck, a 1CMC isn't entirely necessary.
