The mana base does need to be fixed, but the idea of the deck is to play your spells and let your opponent slowly kill himself over the course of the duel.

It's easy to believe you're a god when you're twice as powerful as everyone else.
Card Reasoning: Oona's Prowler: An aggressive flyer that makes them thing "Take 3, or lost a card and take 1" helps me, hurts them. Also pairs nicely with Pain's Reward. They can draw 4, then lose either 6 life or two cards. Shivan Wumpus: 4 mana for a 6/6 Trampler that sets em back a land or lets me beats them up.

I don't think it will ever win. I'd be just as surprised as you if it did. It is more for the choice factor. The opponent has to make the best decision for them, but then that usually helps me out. What is getting me is the mana base. Can't figure out a decent one to play with.

Have you considered Breaking Point? You would be safe since you have very few creatures, but the opponent may not be so lucky. Taking 6 to the noggin is pretty rough. If you have a lot of non-basic lands running around in your opponents decks, then Lava Blister may have some use. Maybe...
Breaking Point, never thought of that. You think Blazing Salvo would be fitting? Now, should I fit in all duels with some basics? I may not add Lava Blister. Not enough guys in my group play non-basics. And those that do, play only like four.
Edit: Not sure if I like Painful Quandary, for discard effects I got Oona's, for damage I got everything else. So I'm going to drop it for Breaking Point.

Possible Addtions: Blazing Salvo: Took out the rest of the basic lands for 2 of theses. I don't need a ton of land for this deck to work. (All four were put into the sideboard) Desecration Demon: I may split it between Wumpus and have it 2-2. (put in sideboard)
Choices, Choices....
Breakdown of Sideboard Blazing Salvo: To give a full set in an actual game if they love playing mana dorks or other things. Lava Blister: Acts like a T2 LD card, or 6 damage, useful against the right player Skullscorch: If they play lots of dude removal, than these are almost Oona's but cost RR. Desecration Demon: Pretty much in there against aggro decks and those that don't care about their lands.
Gravestorm: Like Lava Blister, it makes sure people can't bring things back or recycle their own stuff. Let me draw a card which is extremely useful.(removed)
Rakdos, Lord of Riots: I thought "Why not?" because I'll always damage though and a 6/6 Flampler is nothing is scoff. Makes them think twice before taking direct damage from my spells.(removed)
I'd probably run desecration demon over wumpus. Evasion make the demon more of a threat and forces them to keep saccing to hold it off. The wumpus is easier to let through and then block to deal with it.
I've been debating swamping them. The Wumpus has pulled its weight, being a 6/6 Trampler along with addition of land hate. On T4, there aren't many creatures (at least in my play group) that guys close to that P/T. And putting them a land behind has them playing catch up.
in all seriousness, consider Shrouded Lore to get back cards you've lost, even if you have to pay a bit to get them back.

Hmmmm, Misfortune seems nice, but I don't know if I run enough dudes for it to be good. Shrouded Lore falls into the same boat. I want to kill my opponent as soon as possible and spending all my mana for get back a certain card seems slow. :/

I'm thinking that you might want to play the new cards from Conspiracy that have the Will of the Council mechanic.
Tyrant's Choice stands out as a solid include and could be the namesake card of your deck! Both modes are pretty solid and in 1v1 games you pretty much get to choose what you want to happen!
Promise of Power (or other cards with Entwine) might also be possible options you might want to consider.
I would really recommend Desecration Demon maindeck - there might be some times wherein you just need to stick a threat in play to win the game. You still get the 'choices, choices' theme since if he doesn't want your demon to attack, he can sac a creature!

In 1v1 Will of the Council cards don't give the opponent a choice unless you want them to. They all specificy what wins in the case of a tie, and you vote first.
I did think about the "Council" cards, but as Kumlekar said, it doesn't fit my decks style. Interesting concept though, and the namesake of the deck is Choice of Damnnations.

What I might do is ditch the Oona's Prowler for the Painful Quandary and move the Shivan Wumpus to the sideboard, place the Indulgent Tormentor into the mainboard and ditch the Desecration Demon because the Tormentors do the same job as the Demon.
Ya, I dropped the Gatekeepers just because it isn't a "choice" card. Hmmm... You think I need the Wumpus? Play Tormentor over Shivan Wumpus, and if they play more dudes, bring in Demon for some CC against them? Wumpus is good, does it job well. But I think it loses to the long term duel (more for the before T5) after that he drops off either because they have bigger dudes, or they can afford the sac effect.
In other news, replacing Oona's Prowler with Painful Quandarys have been most effective. While I do lose that early game pressure/fast pace plays, the Quandarys do help sustain the deck more into the late game than the Prowler's. So I like that change.

This is the version I currently use. It does its job well, while it rarely wins It does get everyone low and makes a funny game.

Sounds a fun deck to play with.
I'd hate to face it.
Just not sure about Choice of Damnations and Army of the Damned they are mana hungry.
Shivan Wumpus, Desecration Demon, and Gravestorm are nice cards for the deck.

I feel that card is more at home in a deck with Krark's Thumb then this one. That would make for a very interesting deck.
