Tetsuo Umezawa is one of my favorite characters from the MtG storyline. The card...is a bit tricky to work with. To give everyone the best toolbox of cards, the deck will be Legacy legal; I only ask that you keep the amount of Alpha/Beta/Revised Dual Lands to a minimum. I would prefer if you used the Checklands, Filterlands, or Shocklands.

for now, 4 Crosis's Attendant... it gives us the colors to cast Tetsuo (when we're kind of mana screwed), most the mana for his ability, or Anything else we throw in here. plus it gives us a draw from the harvester.
SELVAXRI! King of Misfortune & Master of Rocket Launchers "Do ya feel lucky? Because you'd better start runnin' while you still can." 375 Misfortune {+3 signed AP's} & 104 Rocket Launcher (41 AQ/ 63 Rev) Edgar Rice Burroughs, forgotten legend of the word.
Adding two Sword of Feast and Famine. The more useful we make all these utility creatures, the better. Plus, it incentivizes blocking so you can zap creatures more with Umezawa.
Someone already beat me to it by suggesting it at the end of his post, but I'll add 4 Blustersquall, since it can tap all their creatures for Umezawa's ability if needed.
Adding in a pair of Backlash to complement the tapping theme. It also helps push some damage through, which it looks like we might be needed if we can't keep something suited up with equipment for long.
Adding two Rings of Brighthearth. with Tetsuo's ability being so mana intensive, why not dublicate it? Especially since Tetsuo is Legendary himself- so more times we can get frag things the better.

fixing numbers, please remember to always look at the numbers when you post, the creatures, artifacts, and total were off, which is important when we are so close to the cut off point.
Voting to remove all of sickening shoal and crypt ghast. I want to make some cuts before we hit 75
shoal is removal and we have a lot of removal in Tetsuo since that is what our deck is based around, not only that but it isn't that good hardcast and the alternate cost requires us to have one of our black cards in hand, which isn't that likely since we don't have that many black cards in a three color deck
crypt ghast is a great card in a one or maybe even two colored deck, but only a swamp is going to get boosted, which will be a small portion of our mana base especially if we run nonbasics as well, it also only gives us black mana which doesn't fix us. I would prefer to get some cards that would fix our mana as well as ramp
"If you knew anything about the lore you'd see that they were clearly hinting that the madness on Innistrad was caused by Uncle Istvan wearing Urza's Power Armor ... tainted with Phrexyian Oil"
Graham from Loading Ready Run
That topped out quick!
Not sure I want to lose any creatures at this point, even with the Ghast in a 3 color deck. Shocklands are available to us, so I'll leave him in for now.
Vote to Cut:
2 Quietus Spike - I prefer the Sword and Jitte as the equipment.
1 Umezawa's Jitte - I think 5 solid equip options is enough.
3 Sickening Shoal - It is expensive without the alternate cost, but that only works with black cards.
Adding : 4 Watery Grave - Color fixing which gets the bonus off Crypt Ghast.
In that case, may I redirect my earlier vote to take out Crypt Ghast to Sickening Shoal instead? With the Ghasts gone, it's even less useful than before, as you said, and it's better if it goes.
You may always vote to remove a card if you post the current deck list, if you want to change the vote just have a post with that vote, it's that simple. There is no twenty four hour rule for votes.

I'll vote down some cards so we don't reach 75 prematurely again.
Voting out/down:
-Umezawa's Jitte because we don't need four clogging up our hand
-Quietus spike since we already have sword & jitte
-Frozen Aether because opposition outclasses it
-Icy manipulator for the same reason
I'll add a thopter foundry. It clogs up the board, taps everything with opposition, and holds our equipment.
Voting out Blinding Souleater- there are better ways to tap creatures, then to pay 2 life- and in the deck, we currently have plenty.
Voting out Thopter Foundry- what non-token artifacts are we going to sacrifice? unless we include Seat of the Synod, Great Furnace, and Vault of Whispers- we don't have any artifact we're willing to sacrifice.
Voting to keep Frozen Aetherm but cut one copy. I don't understand people's methodology behind three-of's. it's redundant in multiples and at best it's a stall tactic.
voting out one copy of Opposition- can someone point out what other creatures we're going to tap to tap something else? instead of the Foundry, I was hoping to see Thopter Squadron. again, multiples are redundant.

-2 Blinding Souleater: With Opposition in the deck, this becomes redundant. Plus Tetsuo is already mana intensive, so we shouldn't be adding a 4th color, even if it technically isn't necessary.
-1 Thopter Foundry: All of our artifacts are important to us, so we don't have a lot of fodder. Artifact lands aren't an ideal choice if we plan to make good use out of Crypt Ghast (Which we should).
-2 Quietus Spike: I like this card, but we need some room and Jitte/SoFF demand an answer anyway.
-1 Frozen Aether: Redundant in multiples. Two is good for providing us with some more defense though.
As for my addition, I don't know if M14 cards are usable yet, but I think Goblin Diplomats would be great for this deck.
It forces all creatures to attack, leaving our opponents open to Tetsuo and Sword/Jitte boosted attacks. If we don't want everything coming at us, then he's another creature for Oppostion or even just a cheap beater to hold equipment.
Now that we have some time to play with. I'll vote against some bodies.
Vote to cut:
4 Crosis's Attendant - Slow for mana fixing, pricy for the body otherwise.
2 Blinding Souleater - I'd prefer to utilize Opposition, maybe we can get some tokens generators in the list?
2 Blustersquall/2 Backlash - I'd rather make room for some efficient standalone removal. We need to survive long enough to get Tetsuo online. I do like the Squall as a late game trick or combat enabler, but I don't want the full set.
