MTG Salvation

Im trying to build a deck based in Sphinx and artefacts, helpme if I need to change anything please, i also need ideas for my sideboard.
The deck is:

Creatures (21):

2xAlloy Myr
2xPalladium Myr
4xMyr Galvanizer
2xSphinx Sovereign
2xSphinx Summoner
1xSphinx Ambassador
2xSphinx of the Steel Wind
2xEnigma Sphinx
2xSphinx of Jwar Isle
2xConundrum Sphinx

Other Cards (18):

2xArmillary Sphere
4xSwiftfoot Boots
4xDiabolic Tutor
4xDissipate
4xDisenchant (Need a similar to this one here!)

Planeswalker (1):

1xTezzeret the Seeker

20 mana cards

1. 20 lands is just not enough for this deck. Even if you are using artifact lands for tezzeret to untap.
2. This should go in casual forums as you will get more help there.
3. Other than just cast giant sphinxes with no way to protect them, do you have other goals for the deck?

1. Im using myr cards to produce infinite mana, so i think 20 mana will be enough.

3. I'm using a lot of control cards and counters to protect them, and most of them can protect themselves with hexproof, also there are 4 artefacts that give creatures hexproof so... But what should i need to change to protect them better?

4. Do you know any card to replace Disenchant?
