Indeed, all those Parallax enchantments are very abusable for that reason.
EDIT: Misread the card I intended to combo it with. Maybe Voidslime? Seems like an unusual use for it, but Voidslime is templated so it's never truly dead.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not watching.
I have this as a 4-of in my domain deck and my 5 color fog deck.
A trap card, in my opinion.
Sorcery.
When you have five different basic land types, there are much more fun spells to play.
When you don't have domain, it is significantly worse than lightning bolt, magma jet and/or lightning helix. Not to mention the completely obsolete Incinerate.
Or any XR-spell.

01. Ankh Sligh to be exact.
Pretty good in limited, of course. I also sort of like it better than Aven Fisher - something about the latter's art never quite did it for me, and Kingfisher reminds me of the kookaburras who live near my house.

I don't know how to feel about very narrow cards like that. For every time I've been saved by a timely Pyroblast, I've looked at Grafdigger's Cage and read it as basically "Play this against my block's mechanic!"
Having said that, Illness in the Ranks goes well with some of my favorite creatures of all time: Ravnica's Hunted cycle. So I give it quite a bit of credit for that!

Good body, relevant ability. Capable of chump blocking if one draws into multiple copies.
