I played a Bant colors deck that revolved around putting cards on top of it's owner's library. It seemed really cool but my deck actually had a problem winning. Something like 4 of these, 4 Excommunicate, 4 Temporal Spring, 4 Hinder, 4 Memory Lapse, 4 Lapse of Certainty, 4 Azorious Charm, 4 Primal Command and then some Stoic Angels as my win condition for my control list. It seemed to work just fine until your opponent tried to doom blade her eot. I still think the idea has potential and my execution was just wrong. I'd love to see someone else's top deck control deck.
Unfortunately every try hard from Sacramento to Shanghai preaches from the top of their 27 lands + Mana Reflection that Tooth and Nail and Time Stretch are fine to play in the same turn but Armageddon is unfair.

Unexpectedly Absent is pretty good addition to the deck as it's instant speed and only costs 2 mana.
You can try using Ophidian-like creatures instead of Stoic Angel as your win-con. For example:
I think the deck could use fewer tuck cards and more card advantage. You may find that you eventually run out of gas as the game progresses. The extra card draw increases the likelihood that you'll have a tuck spell to play every turn, ensuring that your opponent does not draw new cards.
An alternative is to play low-drops creatures like Llanowar Elves/Avacyn's Pilgrim which will accelerate into Temporal Spring as early as turn-2. You then can give them card draw capability through cards like:
Unexpectedly Absent wasn't out at the time but that does seem like an awesome call. I like the idea of using dorks + Edric to keep the advantage train rolling as well. I might just draft this deck up again.

I have a similar deck that puts lots of my opponent's cards on top of their library. The deck also has lots of cards like Soldier of Fortune and Jester's Cap.
Zurgo number 5-8 in tribal orc decks maybe? A 2/2 for R seems pretty good until you factor in that it will almost never be attacking on turn 2 anyways. Still if it had cooler art I would consider it for tribal orcs. Turn 1 Zurgo followed by turn 2 drop 2 of these would give you some pretty respectable damage output.

Pay 2 to tap the scepter making 5 black, pay 3 to untap the scepter with Nacre Talisman. You've paid 5 mana and gained 5 mana. Rinse and repeat for infinite storm count, when you're storm is high enough just cast Tendrils of Agony for the win. Most convoluted combo ever.
EDIT: Apparently this card is part of a cycle. You could just use Onyx Talisman and cut Painter's Servant out. As a 3 card combo this actually isn't the stupidest thing ever.

Hey that's an interesting combo! It's pretty smooth since the last cast of Cabal Ritual generates the mana required to cast Tendrils of Agony.
Useful sideboard card against bogles in modern maybe? The counter ability is kind of bad given all the other options in the game. The aura swapping seems nifty but i can't really think of much use for it. Could be an interesting way for you to put auras on your.own shroud creatures since moving the auras doesnt target.

Seems pretty bad. For the same mana I could just cast Revoke Existence. Maybe if I were playing some sort of enchantress deck and I needed artifact hate? I would probably still just play Stony Silence or Revoke Existence. Maybe in some sort of artifact heavy cube.

The only thing separating this from a Disenchant effect is that continuous effects and triggered abilities aren't shut off. When would that be favorable? One example I can think of is Akroan Horse. All the tokens, none of the blocking. White weenie Horse-Combo.dec?
It would also be funny to throw that card on a Plague Boiler and then watch the board accidentally blow up at the wrong time.
EDIT: COMBO -- Stasis Cocoon and Jinxed Idol. Pass the Idol over, Cocoon it, and watch it slowly drain the person away...

- Edric, Spymaster of Trest

- Cold-Eyed Selkie
- Augury Adept

Nacre Talisman
Isochron Scepter with Cabal Ritual on it while you have threshold.
You will also need 5 startup mana.
