I don't think either of those would work. You evoke a creature, it immediately dies- it's in the wording. you won't have time to cast another spell, and target the mulldrifter with it.
For 2U, you get two cards, an ETB trigger, and an WaCD trigger, albeit sorcery speed- but still worth the price if you play around it.

The 9/27/18 random card of the day is Relentless Assault. If you have any comments, combos or a decklist involving this card, feel free to share.
I've always like these types of effects albeit this is the most vanilla and perhaps weakest of them. Just having it in the cardpool forces the opponent to play a little different in formats like standard.
i love Relentless Assault. I run two in my Kavu deck, there's nothing more satisfying then attacking twice with a 50+ Kavu Mauler

Another candidate for "why is this a rare?" i suppose you could run it with a Lich or his clones, and use it as card draw...

Not a very blue-ish sounding name when there's Ashes to Ashes as comparison. over all-it's an expensive Exclude, or you could always run the ol'skool Remove Soul.

I was lucky to pull both her and Teferi, Hero of Dominaria in my Dominaria prerelease packs. it's a bummer that she's a rather narrow planeswalker- somewhat expensive making her hard to splash in multicolored decks, and her abilities don't really synergize with any other abilities- Free mana for spells only, sure- that's fine. Hand cylcing? works well with Madness, but is there mostly to feed into her ultimate. speaking of which- Her Ultimate is naught more than Yawgmoth's Will.
it's sadly easy to see why she's floundered in the power rankings of the Planewalkers, even as a Mythic she's pretty meager. even compared to the resident "why mystic?" Naru Meha, Master Wizard.
All that aside, the Ice Age trilogy books were my favorite, loved Jodah and Jaya- and was annoyed that Jodah was NOT printed in the Coldsnap block with the other historic Ice Age legends and am still disappointed that Jodah, Archmage Eternal is naught more than a flying Infinity Gauntlet.
sigh... /rant

There must be a reason why Cloudseeder creates these guys, as opposed to Zephyr Sprites or Flying Men...

I like evoking it into undying evil or supernatural stamina.

The Rulings forum says it works.
@relentless assault it feels like New Radha should be able to make an infinite combo with this but I have no idea how.

When your opponent attacks you with a Lured Thicket Basilisk, you'll be glad that you have a Cloud Sprite and not a Zephyr Sprite or Flying Men.
