Really wish Elephant Graveyard wasn't randomly on the Reserved List. Even still this card is pretty above-par. It's nice even if all it does is let creature tutors grab a land when you need it. Showcase art is a very happy mammo

I use Seal of Cleansing a lot more, because recurring it is a lot more common in white decks. Rofellos's Gift is always a bit enticing to build around though.
IMO, this is how Proliferate should have worked. Rather than doubling ALL counters on ALL sources; you select one pool of counters, and double it on one sources.
green/blue has plenty of ways to enable tap/untap shenanigans... like Hermetic Study. I think this guy would have been fun with Archery Training.

Proliferate doesn't double counters, but you probably just miswrote what you meant?
yes, it's been awhile since i looked at Proliferate. But increasing the count of all counters on all permanents is, imo, still pretty broken- especially since it was released in a block that reintroduced the Poison mechanic, and no way to deal with the Poison. im still getting it around my head that +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters don't remove themselves if placed on the same permanent.
Notion Theif- with a 1-toughness it can be picked off easily; unless you can force your opponent to draw (Indentured Djinn?), i don't see him lasting long

Hey, brand new card! Seems very good to me. Deathtouch on high power creatures is always a little sketchy, unless you add trample later, but this is just a cheap creature that is huge and that draws you a bunch of cards.
This card is gonna be quite good in Cube. The effect is a nice riff on a similar card that was released in a previous Commander set! May be part of a cycle maybe?
looking this guy over, and i was thinking- this guy is better midgame, when you have more cards in your graveyard. Early game, you'd need Entomb, Unmarked Grave, Buried Alive et al to set this guy up for an early game beatstick.
That said, he seems quite versatile. effectively, he's a 4/4 Deathtouch for BB. recursion is nice, but since it's a random return- you need to set up for it.

If you are playing black, then spectral sliver is a straight upgrade, or you could just play plated sliver
