wait- would each time the spell is copied, we get to draw a card? I don't think so, but the cantrippy idea is nice.
'Draw a card' is part of the spell text, so we do draw on every copy. That's why we went with Shadow Rift over Distortion Strike.
we opted for a pump/evasion strategy going :symu::symr::symg:, and we dropped the red.
white doesn't have many useful cantrips to abuse with the Precursor, aside from shelter, guided strike, and Spiritualize.

So, I've deliberated on what to add next and really didn't want to hit 75 just yet, so here's my addition.
Vines of the Vastwood. Two of them. It's either a second Simic Charm for G or for GG we can give all of them +4/+4 and Hexproof.
Also, going to agree on the votes to lower Sylvan Might to two (we have evasion and pump, we don't need multiple copies of trample in our hand) and lower Wild Defiance to two copies (although it's a good card, if we get more than one, it could slow us down.)
First the vote outs...dont wanna be negative, but we have to cut 13 cards:
Brass Herald - With all our card draw and Fabricate we dont need another tutor, not for cmc 6. And Adaptive Automaton does the power up. Sylvan Might - i vote to drop all copies. With it, we have 18 Spells that go for the win. Thats simply too much. Simic Charm and Vines of the Vastwood do the same job. GMAD Rules weren't specific, so with 2 Votes for -2 and one vote to drop all, what happens? Wild Defiance - Nice card, but i also vote to reduce the number by one, so here it goes down to 2. Mask of the Mimic - vote to drop all. It has an interesting interaction with Precursor. But with Percursor and other Golems at the table, will we go for the win with pump and evasion or just build our army up? Mimic Vat/Soul Foundry will support us with enough extra creatures. So i think Mask of the Mimic is a win more card in this deck, that doesnt help us early on. Simic Signet - vote to remove them all. C'mon, we are playing green and we need a good mana ramp, there must be better. Noxious Revival - i think with Mimic Vat we dont need recursion.

Since most of our creatures are artifacts, may I suggest a single Academy Ruins to get back ones that've died? Could help if all of our precursors get destroyed by a single card.
So since we are green blue and have some sweet artifact searching I am in favor of more artifact lands.

Honestly, this deck is a mess. i've already said my peace and have no idea what to remove...
I say remove Khalni Gardens as the little defender won't do much for us and we could use the room for some basics or Tree of Tales for Machinate.

Let's see, I think I've got to toss in 13 more votes since a couple on the Heralds are mine.
-2 Mask of the Mimic : It's a cool idea, but I don't think our deck is suited to develop well within the Mask's constraints.
-2 Rite of Replication : Huge effect, but I'm more keen on dropping Golem then swinging with one or two instants rather than waiting on a goofily large army.
-2 Noxious Revival : I'm hoping the card draw and search effects will provide enough gas.
-2 Wild Defiance : Gotta make cuts and I think we can get by without this pump since a single Precursor lets us hit for nearly half health.
-1 Soul Foundry : This is slow and we don't have a reliable tutor package to get consistent use out of it.
-1 Simic Signet : We need room, and I think we have an ok curve.
-2 Vital Splicer : This guy seems less threatening than Wing Splicer, we can lose him.
-1 Tezzeret the Seeker : Making cuts. Tez has a few cool uses here, but not enough that I need to see him every game.
OK,so I made a few adjustments to the numbers. Some of thee the cards that may have been voted off would have made the deck a little too small for legality purposes, so I kept them (such as the Splicers.)
My last action for the deck was to adjust the lands, so I added 2 more Tree of Tales. I also added 4 Island & 3 Forest. The deck tops off @ 63 cards, w/ there being 24 lands total. The deck looks good & is a bit of a different deck than my original Precursor Golem deck (it, along w/ about 10 other decks, were stolen from my car last September when my car was broken into - SAD PANDA!).
So... this was my first GMAD. How did I do? I helped out a little bit w/ the selections, but mostly just watched the deck evolve.
@OP: Are you OK with a 63 card deck? You have the triple vote, so if you want to axe some more cards, go for it.
OK, I did. Even though I like Tezzie, I took him out because, as a on-off, he isn't going to see much play. I took out the Khani Gardens because we're already using Chonomaton's, which are 1-drops. I added in another Dread Sanctuary because, like Tezzie, a 1-of is hard to find. The only 1-of is the Soul Foundry... just because.

Voting out Brass Herald. We're curving out at 5 with the Precursors.
Vote to removal vital splicer as he's not actually vital. Wing is better.
Voting Out Noxious Revival as we have tutor and draw, don't need the recursion.
Voting against Wild Defiance because we need cuts, period. We can do without this.
One Tezzeret the Seeker as an alt wincon is enough, voting to remove 1.
If Soul Foundry is too slow, then fine. Voting to remove that as well.
We don't need three Simic Signet, two is enough. Voting to remove one. As per rules, votes combine to cut one.
