I have 3 decks that I use the most. UR, UW, and GUW colors.
I'd rather have one really strong deck rather than 3 weaker ones. If I take a card and put it in another deck, it'll make one stronger than the other and that's what I want. I just don't know which ones to do it to.
For example, I just got a new Manaleak and I have no idea which deck to put it in because they're all U and they can use it well. Same goes for my Sun Titans etc.
Also, if there are any other general tips about my decks (what to add/take out) please tell me. The theme of my decks should be fairly obvious so please comment something about that as well.
This is my Venser deck. I bounce things in and out. I have a couple of strong defenders early on and then have some stronger creatures later on. This deck only plays well late game. The biggest downside is that this deck relies heavily on Venser, the Sojourner, but I only have one of it. It's based off Venser vs Koth Duel Deck
Next is my Enchant deck. I have a problem selecting the right creatures. I noticed most of my creatures cost a lot of mana so I tried adding some cheaper ones, but I'm not sure what I like. I've been experimenting with Knight of Glory and Elite Vanguard and cards like that, but I'm not sure what I like. I think Warclamp Mastiff fits nicely though.
Venser deck...doesn't feel that efficient. Given how annoying my friend has that kind of deck, using Jace Beleren as card advantage and stuff that bounce like Aether Adept, Riftwing Cloudskate, and Aethersnipe in addition to the classic lockdown of Stonehorn Dignitary and Venser. Using singletons in this deck isn't really the way to go with the core cards.
I'd go U/W since it appears you have the most cards in those two colors. You want to work on several things:
1) Consistency - Instead of running a lot of 1-ofs, try to go with 3-4 copies of most of your cards
2) Obvious improvements - ie. Cancel --> Counterspell... depending on the format you're going for and budget of course
3) Cohesion - Does card X fit in with the overall strategy of this deck? Since you took some precons this isn't a big deal now, just make sure the new cards you put in do fit
Should I take out some good cards for the sake of consistency and replace them with weaker ones? Because I have plenty of the weaker types, and I try to add the best of the good cards that I have.
Just how important is consistency? For example in my enchantment deck, is it better to have 2 of Elite Vanguard or 2 of Warclamp Mastiff instead of 1 of each even though I feel like I could use both according to the situation?
Because I don't have too much experience with MTG, I'm not a very good at judging cards, so if I don't know wether to add a card to my deck or not, I just look it up online and see if it has a good rating.

The mastiffs and vanguards aren't that good in that type of deck to be honest.
You could always look at other builds, in your case of the Enchantress Deck, there are primers around here. Not to mention there are other blink decks that exist so you could look at them.

The difference between Pokemon and Magic!
Lacking Sterling Grove and some mana fixing in the form of Utopia Sprawl and the like. Not to mention the new Blind Obedience is a good addition here. Ups the enchantment count and controls. Lacking the Enchantress cards as well. (MEsa Enchantress, Yavimaya Enchantress etc.)

I do indeed have a Ghostly Prison, but I took it out. I guess I'll put it back in. I also took out Mesa Enchantress because I felt it just lost to Kor Spiritdancer
As for the mana fixing, should I add some Abundant Growth?
