The above cards provide a solid base for a UG madness deck. However, there are still 10 slots open and from here I want to spice things up. I'm looking for fun and crazy sub-strategies to fit under the shell. Of course it doesn't only have to be 10 cards, some can come out of the shell to make room. Also, extra colors can be added. For example.
Roar of the Wurm is a must in this deck. Also, Tracker's Instincts. I Don't Really like Deep Analysis, but if you feel it is a staple then by all means play it.
I also feel like some kind of mana acceleration is needed. Birds of Paradise would be optimal I'm sure, but maybe just Llanowar elves or even Urborg Elf.
vengevine, chrome mox, intuition. I ran something similar to what you have for a long time and really think these cards will take you far. The intuitions are definitely a staple and will let you drop to 1 wonder.
My friend runs a very similar build with Spellweaver Helix. With all the digging his deck does, he's usually able to imprint Crush of Wurms with some other cheap sorcery like Deep Analysis or Chatter of the Squirrel and just go to town with his wurm army. You might have to adjust your deck a bit to work with the Helix by adding in more sorceries, but it's certainly a fun way to spice things up and it works well with what the deck is trying to do.
Edit: Just to echo on a few things others have said: Intuition would be sick in this deck, but then again it's sick in a lot of decks. Roar of the Wurm is a good fit in this deck, my friend also plays it in his build and it gives spellweaver helix more options if you choose to go that route.

Yes, this is what I'm looking for. This is hilarious and I really want to try it. I was also thinking about some kind of land cycling idea with cards like Yavimaya Elder, Krosan Tusker, and Nantuko Cultivator though I am not sure what else to add to take advantage of it.
First lets start things off with a deck core:
4 Basking Rootwalla
4 Wild Mongrel
4 Aquamoeba
4 Arrogant Wurm
2 Wonder
4 Careful Study
4 Circular Logic
2 Deep Analysis

Flashback
3 Quiet Speculation
4 Roar of the Wurm
Choose 3 between:
Gnaw to the Bone
Moment's Peace
Ancient Grudge
Ray of Revelation
Basically abuse Quiet Speculation to get undercosted creatures and find utility cards. This example is good, but this is what I already have. I am looking for something new and exciting.
TLDR: Give me your wacky strategies to include in a UG Madness shell. Can include a third color. Keep it legacy legal.
I also feel like some kind of mana acceleration is needed. Birds of Paradise would be optimal I'm sure, but maybe just Llanowar elves or even Urborg Elf.
I also use 4 Aether Burst and Careful Study in my list. If you want, Vengevine could maybe make its way in there too.
