Maybe Vault Skirge instead of Drifter Il-Dal? I feel like the upkeep cost on the Drifter might be a crimp in your plans, since you probably want all your mana available every turn (and you'll be pretty unhappy to see a second Drifter when you've only hit three or four mana, say). Otherwise, I like this quite a bit.
Lightning Greaves protects the dorks from spot removal/combat tricks.
Sower of Temptation is mighty aggressive if it fits your budget; flying body, takes out a blocker, and you get to beat them with the blocker you just took out. Even a pair could do wonders.

Trinket Mage can grab Bonesplitter or Memnite.
Grand Architect pumps your blue critters.
