I'm currently in the process of trying to get a Vraska the Unseen and i'm trying to put a deck together around her. So far i have the lands, support and planeswalker part of the deck filled out. There is room for 15 creatures at 3x of each. I need some suggestions as to what are some creatues to throw in here that will be helpful. I would like to keep the CMC of all cards at 5 or below.
Well, if the win-con is vraska's assasin gang, i would probably want to do this: clear the board, get an assassin out, make sure the damage gets through. I see you already play the cloak, another option would be rancor. I cant resist and will suggest necroplasm to wipe the board + the golgari flavor fits so good. Might play a noxious revival to get back some goods from the yard (i am looking at you vraska). But honestly, you simply need tutors + protection such as discard to seriously make something out of vraska. Make her a 4 of sor sure.
whispersilk cloak as a 4 of is too much, go with 2 or 3. i know you have ramp, but really what you need is ancient stirrings, land or artifact grabber. rogue's passage and rancor are gonna be huge friends here.
with your assassins being only 1/1s, big game hunter isn't handling the rest of the creatures that can still chump your guys. gatekeeper of malakir, shriekmaw, maelstrom pulse, putrefy, killing wave, black sun's zenith are cards you'll be happy to have. also a diabolic intent or two really helps grab that singleton Vraska or your whispersilk cloak, or other ways to make them unblockable for a turn. i vote for necroplasm as well, such a sweet wiper.
I think the best way of getting your creatures thru is Dauthi Embrace as I have almost never seen anyone play shadow creatures. Plus its a good way to get any creature thru not just your assassins. You could combo this with Dauthi Cutthroat for another way to destroy creatures
Rise from the Grave could be used in place of a creature; recur one of your own, particularly one with a nice ETB effect, or steal an opponent's after it dies.
I have come to an agreement on a trade for a Vraska so i'm gonna try to finish this deck before it gets here. I used alot of the suggestions that you all mentioned but added a few other cards of my own. The Taunting Elf and Desecration Demon were the cards I added. The elf i added because I remembered it from DOTP13. It does the same thing as Nemesis Mask and Lure. I added the Demon because I personally like it and i've been looking for a place for it. I went ahead and edited the deck list in the firstr post instead of posting another one. There were some other cards that were suggested that i'd like to use but there just isn't any room for em right now, not saying there won't be after a few other revisions.
If I go with 4x taunting elf would i really need thenemesis mask or would that be a litte overkill? I do like the thought of the infiltration lens attached to a elf to give me some draw.

24 lands is a bit high since you're running 8 pieces of acceleration; I'd cut some accel or some lands.
Moan of the Unhallowed could be considered a creature spell. The flashback makes it handy for those long, drawn-out games.
Shriekmaw makes for some nice spot removal.
Rise from the Grave could be used in place of a creature; recur one of your own, particularly one with a nice ETB effect, or steal an opponent's after it dies.
Hypnotic Specter makes for some nice hand disruption.
