This is the very first draft so i can see that it needs some refining, i may have to much going on or not enough killing power but hopefully you guys can help me out there
Ok so I have a couple comments on the deck. First, it's a little scatter-brained. You have a lot of cards in here that on first glance look like they work together but really don't.
First: Demigod of Revenge is a very build-around-me card and doesn't really have a place here. It's a great card, but much, much better in decks that can discard it and alpha strike people with it. Remember, just because a card is in your colours, doesn't mean it works with the deck.
Second: Basically the same comments about Ashenmoor Liege, yeah it's a lord and that's nice but it doesn't really fit with the theme of the deck.
Third: You have a bad combination with Kulrath Knight and Necroskitter - if your opponent can't block, then their creatures won't die very often - let alone get -1/-1 counters from Wither. If you really want this to work, then you should definitely maximize your Crumbling Ashes to 4.
Fourth: Replace Blowfly Infestation with Soul Snuffers, you want to be able to get around Shroud and Hexproof - if their creatures can't block, and can't be targeted then it's going to be very hard for you to stick -1/-1 counters on them.
Fifth: Drop Scar for Volt Charge, it could easily become at least a 2 for 1 in this deck.
ok i shall drop the demigods and the ashenmoores, knock up the crumbling ashes to 4, but i would just like to keep it the 2 colours and i think ill risk the hexproof shroud for the more potential with blowfly infestation, but i might have some soul snuff in the sideboard.
Thanks for all the help, but there was a lot more dropping then adding? so should i just buff the count of cards i already have or should i be adding something in particular?
Ok so second attempt, i'm pretty committed to both the kulrath knight and necroskitter but i put him in on 2 so that he can be more of a win condition once i get a force or even just to slow them down whilst i get set up and teminate it later.
If you want to make things more hilarious, Everlasting Torment can be devastating - it makes Lightning Bolt and the like quite disgusting.
My secondary win condition (aside from aggro-control) is Bitter Ordeal. With Blowfly Infestation and Flourishing Defenses, if you start with at least two creatures and let one die with a -1/-1 counter, you can create a loop such that a nearly-infinite number of token creatures die, and using the Gravestorm ability of Bitter Ordeal to its full effect by exiling everyone else's entire library.

Sixth: It's really easy to splash green with red and black (thank you casual Savage Lands!) So toss in a couple Melira, Sylvok Outcast to make your Murderous Redcap and Glistening Oil much, much better.
Hope this helps.

I have a casual RB wither deck built on MWS that abuses Necroskitter and Crumbling Ashes. I use Everlasting Torment + Tatterkite, Dusk Urchins and other non-wither creatures. I don't have a tuned list yet, but those are the main cards I use (plus some staples like Lightning Bolt and Thoughtseize).
Thanks for all the help, but there was a lot more dropping then adding? so should i just buff the count of cards i already have or should i be adding something in particular?
