...aaannnnddd brain fart 'cause I barely play white. Would this be stronger as WR? I'd like to avoid going red if possible, 'cause a lot of the cards are kinda ugly, and I just kinda hate that color combination for some reason.
Play knights, use battle cry to gain offensive boost, and that's about as far as I got.
I personally don't mind going Boros for this kind of thing, but there's a totally legit mono-white build here that you can go and I'll help you with that before I start tossing you some "ugly" red suggestions.
Looks like I'd just focus on creature pumps in general, and there are plenty of cards for that even without Battlecry. Glorious Anthem, Marshal's Anthem, etc. However, with the examplar, battlecry, and honor o' pure you should be set. After that I'd look into possibly making tokens and again you got a lot of choices, but at the top of the curve: Knight-Captain of Eos, Cloudgoat Ranger, White Sun's Zenith, Conquerer's Pledge, Martial Coup, etc. I'd consider a couple of these cards as good "finishers" potentially, but there are almost no cards that make knight tokens. Knight of the White Orchid is a good knight to consider.
However, most importantly (and I don't know why I bring this up last), good solid removal like Oblivion Ring, Swords to Plowshares, Condemn, or Journey to Nowhere is missing from your deck, and it'll go a long way in clearing out problems like blockers or troublesome creatures that would rain on your parade. Answers to problems in the form of removal is always a good thing for decks to have if they have room for it.
From experience Hero Of Bladehold is a no brainer it adds 2 1/1's with battel cry makes the 3/1's every turn a must have. Here is a link to my white knights that utalize battle cry.http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=312493
Admittedly it's probably because my battlecry deck is really terrible and slow, but I found that tossing in 2 Day of Judgments really helped.
Then again, I've practically solely playtested against my friend's soldier deck... so... it might've just been the soldier deck weakness to mass removal.
When I (recently) made the thread for my own new battlecry deck, rchrhds recommended a lot of stuff, including spectral procession which sounds absolutely amazing, if you ask me, at least for mono-white.

I also like to imagine that he has a rotating torso (like a metallic graft that fuses his upper and lower body together), so he can spin all around, leveling everything within 20ft of him to rubble.
A really interesting take on battle cry, haven't seen tribal battle cry before. In my opinion though red / white is the best way to go for a good battle cry deck because it just offers you so many good battle cry creatures and more importantly so many good token producers. In a battle cry deck tokens are where it's at in my opinion. If you look through my threads I have both a W and a RW battle cry deck that are both solid.
Some obvious changes I would make in yours though are:
-3 Plains
Okay, if your dead set on white than Elspeth Tirel needs a spot in this deck if you can afford him. And if your gonna play knights Mirran Crusader needs to be here to if you can afford him as battle cry with double strike is off the wall good.
LOL sorry I play mostly on Magic Workstation and never took the time to download the pictures so don't knows what cards are "her" and what cards are "him".

Perhaps cut the Elspeth 1 for another Elspeth 2? Elspeth 1 battles for a curve placement with Hero in here, and Elspeth 2 is faster at making a small army.

EDIT: actually, what about 2 each? I believe that's what I already have, and I can test which one is more effective (or just sideboard, etc).

Do you think you really need 4 Brave the Elements? That much removal in your meta?
Well, it's protection and alpha-strike enabling. Pseudo counters lightning bolts, lets me just swarm in with all creatures for tons of damage.

Edit: maybe its a little better than I thought. For some reason I thought that Conquerer's Pledge was Martial Coup.

So after a little bit of thinking, I decided that I quite like my core, just need to adjust a couple things.
4 Student of Warfare [redundant, etc?]
4 Accorder Paladin
4 Knight Exemplar
4 Hero of Bladehold
2 Kinsbaile Cavalier [+ a third?]
4 Honor of the Pure
4 Spectral Procession
2 Oblivion Ring
1 Elspeth, Knight-Errant
1 Elspeth Tirel
2 Contested War Zone
1 Kjeldoran Outpost
Went with one of each Elspeth, /shrug. Boost with KE, if for some reason her ultimate pops, spam Tirel's tokens and ultimate.
I'm wondering if Student is kind of redundant, or something like that. Mirran Crusader in her place?
--- Meren of Clan Nel Toth --- Jhoira of the Ghitu --- Prime Speaker Zegana ---

True... my favorite colors ARE RG after all.
Well, I saw this thread while I was suspended, and wanted to post... so...
Ah.
Suppose I could drop a Cavalier for another O-ring, if nothing else.
EDIT: Apparently I was short on cards in the previous list.
