Alright, so I have a pretty decent life-gain deck going right now, and now that M11 came out, I've got some cards on the way I think will help. I'll post my current list and what cards I'M thinking of replacing, and I'd appreciate it if I could get some opinions on what you guys would swap, if any.
Thanks in advance.
I appreciate the post. I hadn't seen the oracle of nectars before... and everyone says martyr of sands is a real good lifegain card, not sure why i've yet to order any yet.
Mirari's wake is in there because after turn 5 I can really overkill my life gain and make it miserable for my opponents, and I'm not trying to make this deck a tournament deck or anything, I want it to be fun to play and afterall its casual. I already use this against a couple agro decks and rarely lose to them, I play against just my friends and the 11 or so of us don't play tournaments, so our decks aren't redundant narrow minded decks you see in tournaments.
I really appreciate a lot of the suggestions, I'm sure I'll use a few of them.
Thanks a lot!

I have a suggestion for you. As I have also been aspiring to make a good G/W Life gain deck. I'm going to repeat the Oracle of Nectars and go on to say that another great card for a cheap mana cost would be Knight of Meadowgrain. 2/2 Lifelink, First Strike? For 2 mana? Sign me up.
And I also believe you should sideboard Fracturing Gust. It's a really good card if your opponent is running heavy on artifacts and enchants.

Martyr of Sands is ok. It's great the turn it comes into play, as long as that's early. Later in the game it's complete garbage. I wouldn't run it over Heroes' Reunion.
Depending on your meta, Congregate can be insanity, and it's instant speed no less.
you can include silences but removal is needed more here cause against decks like elves who will swarm you have no sollution and liufegain isn't enough to stop an army of 8/8creatures you don't have an answer to
th ecolor green seems to be a bit in the way here nless it's for mana ramp
This is totally true. At least some Wall of Reverence might be in order, and Congregate can buy you serious time against an exploding elf deck.
I'm liking the ideas guys. I'm clicking submit on my order tomorrow before noon with next day shipping (cus i'm impatient), so I'll tell you what I plan on ordering, but making room in the deck is completely and totally a pain right now... So much good stuff nowhere to put it! haha.
I know that fracturing gust is good but i was thinking I'd rarely use it because I have a lot of enchantments, but it could be one hell of a last resort card against my friends artifact deck... which is mean, thats platinum angels, legacy weapon, darksteel reactor, that stuff, and everything in that deck even lands are artifacts... for the most part, so just to mess with him i think i'll order 3 or 4 of those as well to sideboard, I'm glad you mentioned it as a sideboard item cus I totally wasn't thinking! haha...
As much as that 2/2 lifelink and first strike for ww is awesome, I just don't think it fits the deck. I've got plenty to think about the way it is right now.
I'll draft a new possibly decklist and get back to you guys in about an hour or so haha, get your opinions of the adjustments then.
Thanks again guys, its a real help!

another point, is I like the combo of boon reflection, mirari's wake, and dawnglow infusion... especially if an ageless entity is on the board. I used to cary whispersilk cloak in this deck for that reason...
I don't see the problem in still running the wake / boon / infusion combo right now, i mean its just casual... and our games are usually long... i guess there's a reason for sideboarding though... if i know i'll need quick action i sub cards in and if i know i'll have more time then i can go for massive life gain... i get that... but it seems that no one has really given that combo much attention.

This is working pretty good for me in apprentice... I'm thinking of swaps in my sideboard, maybe including silence or something... just for the instance when I need to buy more time when I know my opponent is close to going for the win.
Ageless Entity is a beast in these kind of decks, and especially when you use Wall of Reverence or Ajani Goldmane with it. It and Wall of Reverence is just such a sick combo. Ajani's Pridemate is also awesome with it.
Pulse of the Fields is not good in a life gain deck, because you should always have more life than them, so thus you will never get it back to your hand.
Kitchen Finks and Loxodon Hierarch are both great life gain creatures.
I think the pridemate would be too slow of a card. It only gets a +1/+1 when you gain life, not for each life gained.
I got the cards in and have settled on a deck list / sideboard that has been working very nice the past couple days against my friends.
The metagame I play in is typically a black deck that drain life, sorin markov, and other non-creature style play... but has 2 copies of phage the untouchable in it as the only creatures, artifact decks, heavy mill deck, speed dragons, vampires, and recently an elf deck.
Like I said, I've had no real problems going up against these decks, however sorin sucks when he makes me go from a ton of life to only 10.
Here is my current deck list, as of the last game I played with it, with the sideboard (which I switch with a lot, depending on who I'm playing).
I would still like 2 more oblivion ring's, and the excess in my sideboard is just there because why not... I know I don't need 4 fracturing gust, and I don't plan on ever running 4 of them... I just don't really have anything to go there in its place and it'll give me some room to add cards if I get another 1 or 2 oblivion rings or other cards that may help.
The decks is pretty much done, with some very minor things that may change but the scope and deck as a whole is practically done.
Thoughts?

appreciate the suggestion, and it is a good one, but the drawback is probably enough to keep me from putin it in there
I'm thinking about throwing 2 test of endurace in the deck, I didn't want it to be too much of a ... well a deck that people are just going to hate playing, because the felidars are bad enough it seems, but I may have to put them in there just to make it more powerful... what do you guys think? Say screw the guys I play against and what they think and just make it more brutal? or Keep it in a "casually casual" speed?

If you suggest a card to add to a deck, suggest one to take out as well.

Pulse of the Fields is not good in a life gain deck, because you should always have more life than them, so thus you will never get it back to your hand.
Kitchen Finks and Loxodon Hierarch are both great life gain creatures.
Boon Reflection isn't worth using, its just not that good.
Well of Lost Dreams is an awesome card in life gain, because it lets you turn your life gain engine into a draw engine.
For removal in life gain decks use Faith's Fetters over Oblivion Ring .
Sword of Light and Shadow works great in life gain decks if you can afford it, especially since it gives you a way to recur your creatures.
I have a pretty strong green / white life gain deck, here it is hope it helps you:
7 Forest
7 Plains
4 Savannah
4 Windswept Heath
Enchantments: 5
3 Faith's Fetters
2 Land Tax
4 Path to Exile
3 Swords to Plowshares
Sorcerys: 4
4 Captured Sunlight
Planeswalkers: 2
2 Ajani Goldmane
Creatures: 20
4 Aven Riftwatcher
4 Kitchen Finks
4 Ageless Entity
4 Loxodon Hierarch
2 Baneslayer Angel
2 Wall of Reverence
