I would highly recommend getting a playset of Prismatic Omen if only because of the pure insanity it creates with domain cards like Exploding Borders and the oh so much fun Last Stand
I've got a deck a lot like this, as I really got into magic around Apocalypse. It's been updated with some newer cards, I'll post it and give some advice when I get home and can look at it. It's a blast to play.
Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone. So let me get this straight, all I need for Coalition Victory to work is one 5 color permanent and the 5 different basic lands? I thought I needed 5 permanents and 5 lands. If that's the case, I'll definitely be adding that card along with a couple Sliver Queen
It won't look much different. I will probably add a 4th Harrow and 3x Exploding Borders and maybe a Spirit of Resistance or two. I don't have any of the other cards that were suggested.
Be careful that you're not adding TOO much land-fetching to the deck.
I don't like Lay of the Land. It helps fix your mana, but it doesn't help accelerate you into getting all 5 colors. You'll still end up with 5 lands by turn 5. I'd replace it with Terramorphic Expanse.
I think with 4 Sakura-Tribe Elder and 4 Kodoma's Reach and 4 Terramorphic, you should be okay. Maybe 4 Exploding Borders in addition to or instead of one of those. That 5 damage helps a lot. (The X amount of damage you deal is determined after you find the land and put it into play).
I'd personally play Kodoma's Reach over Harrow, I don't like having to sac a land. It helps if you have too many of 1 kind, but it's still a 2:2 trade and not card advantage.
Coalition Victory requires a creature of each color. Cromat is all colors, so he counts. You don't need 5 different creatures. I'd keep it as a singleton, it's fun to use it and instantly win, but building the deck around it is boring.
Prismatic Omen on the 2nd turn means your third turn Tribal Flames will deal 5 damage, regardless of how many lands you have out. It works great with Last Stand.
Things like Dragonsoul Knight or Paragon of the Amesha are fun, they are 2/2 first strikers on the third turn, and possible much bigger creatures on the 4th or 5th. However, these require all 5 colors of mana, not necessarily lands of each basic type (aka Joiner Adept could help you out here)

2x Power Armor
2x Allied Strategies
3x Reef Shaman
3x Worldly Counsel
2x Birds of Paradise
3x Gaea's Might
3x Harrow
2x Lay of the Land
4x Matca Rioters
2x Quirion Elves
2x Cromat
2x Swamp
5x Island
11x Forest
4x Mountain
3x Plains
The card that makes this deck work is Harrow. Feel free to make comments or suggestions but I don't have too many cards newer than Apocalypse.
Skyshroud Ranger is fun as it helps you get multiple land types out quickly. I might suggest going with a miniature elementals theme, as the evoke elementals (Shriekmaw, Mulldrifter, Aethersnipe, Inner-Flame Acolyte, Briarhorn) are tons of fun with a Horde of Notions in play.
There is also Legacy Weapon, Fist of Suns, Channel the Suns, the Fifth Dawn Bringer cycle, Coalition Victory, Coalition Relic, Conflux, Maelstrom Nexus, Maelstrom Archangel, and Door to Nothingness.
Prismatic Omen + Fusion Elemental + Coalition Victory is fun.

Draco is a great creature in a 5c deck
Collective Restraint holds back weenie armies while you build your mana base.
As much fun as Prismatic Omen is with Last Stand I don't like depending on an easy to kill enchantment
You could add more 5 color creatures and use Spirit of Resistance as a stall tactic.
