Actually since Shadowmoor was released, the rules have changed. Whenever a creature has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, they are both removed from the creature.
I have a deck built around Braid's, conjurer adept and things like sundering titan. However, it also has lots of little wizards to buy time and control what my opponents play with braids
Other useful ones sigil tracer can also be easily abused Vedalken Aethermage uncounterable tutor for any wizard in your deck... very useful stonybrook banneret can be useful for acceleration, but probably isn't needed
Patron wizard would also be good but I haven't been able to get my hands on one yet
Riptide laboratory is also really useful for keeping your wizards alive. Spot removal is a lot less threating. Plus you can do fun, fun things with this and glen or graft manipulator
With a wizard deck, fair warning. Volcanic fallout will really ruin your day
In my U/R wizards deck I focus largely on card drawing, with the kill typically coming about through Diviner's Wand. It equips to wizards for free when they come into play, and turns all that card drawing into power (and flying).
Even if you are only playing blue, consider Izzet Guildmage if you are playing much in the way of cheap instants. If nothing else he's a grizzly bear in a colour that is short of sturdy early drops, but the copying can turn some utility spells into back breakers.
I'd also think about having some mana acceleration--Mind Stone is probably fine. A lot of the card drawing is (quite properly) expensive, so accelerating your way into it helps. Once you get the card drawing rolling you'll have lots of land, but also lot's of spells to case, so the acceleration may still be useful (and if not, at least with mind stone you can turn it into more drawing)
thanks for the suggestions, I'm starting to realize i should get some flying wizards and maybe some red ones, Maybe i should add student of elements and a few more diviners wands
what i want is a Wizard deck that uses the immense draw power of cards like Mind spring and arcanis the omnipotent
I found a good combination with he draw power and Tomorrow, Azami's familiar
but im not sure what i can draw into other than Aeon chronicaler ect. any suggestions for powerhouse wizards?

that doesn't do anything, the +1 counters don't negate the -1 counters

From my experience some of the most annoying wizards are
serendib sorcerer which can hold off almost any creature. Even allows for chump block wizards to kill things like... well sundering titan
cytoplast manipulator will give people fits when you steal their akroma, angel of wrath
Glen Elendra Archmage Wrath of god got you down? Not anymore!
azami, lady of scrolls is really good for drawing cards, especially if your wizards use abilities that don't require tapping (see glen or braids)
Other useful ones
sigil tracer can also be easily abused

I hope that was of some help!

Sure: AEther Vial, Umezawa's Jitte, Force of Will, Daze, Stifle, Flooded Strand, all can make the cut, but just trying to avoid staples.
For warclub spot, you can pack Bonesplitter as well, as it is faster and serve to improve the beatdown.
Wizard Mentor is another cool card to help avoid counterproof spells.
This deck focus on control and quality draw.
Hope being helpful.
Thank you for Kennethwong, for inspiring me to do this sig pic when I was bored.
