Another card that might give you some ideas is Last Laugh. It will help keep smaller creatures from overwhelming you and could give LD some serious game in a multiplayer environment.
Cool deck, though! Just stay away from Smallpox, even though it's tempting; unless you build around it, your LD deck just runs out of gas too quickly.
I don't think Korlash is an effective finisher here as you only run 20 Swamps and no Urborgs. Perhaps Phyrexian Negator? T1 Negator, T2 Sinkhole, T3 Rain of Tears is decent.
Braids, cabal minion FTW. Seriously, once braids is out she'll keep the threats down as well.
You need to be able to get rid of early threats. You're practically a sitting duck on turns 1 and 2... or 3 and 4 for that matter. Black has a plethora of creature control spells.

I'm against using Phyrexian Negator because of it's major problems too. In all reality, i think you should use a different card. Braids, Cabal Minion has a downfall too, but not even half as much as the Negator who can be hit with a burn spell and destroy the game for you right there. I think a card like Nefashu would be better because it can eliminate any threats your opponents can squeeze onto the board assuming they cast some 1, 2, or 3 cmc creatures. Taking some hits for a few turns does sometimes pay off if you can drop a Nefashu and destroy about 3-5 of that person's beaters. Not only that, what didn't die, has to either deal with Nefashu, or let their controller take a hit to the dome.
If you are that worried about taking some early hits, i'd then suggest Nyp Gwyllion, Rendclaw Trow (just some suggestions from cards i have insight). to deal with fast decks.
This is just my opinion, but I feel there is too much LD. There are 24 counting the 2 creatures that destroy lands. What happens when you destroy all of their lands? Then you have a lot of dead cards in your hand.

I'm kind of wary of using Braids, Cabal Minion. Sure, she's gonna keep my opponents threats down, but it's also gonna hurt me too..
