What's dense canopy for? It _extremely_ specific, and not too useful either.
At 9cc, decree of savagery is too high. You're better off with another overun, although overun is also a poor choice. Since you're running pure elves anyway, coat of arms would do better. However, quiron ranger is far more flexible in both mana and offense/defense, especially paired up with timberwatch elf. Heck, you only need one creature to attack, instead of relying on mass pump.
Caller of the Claw is a decent sized creature for it cost, allows you to recover from wrath of god effects, and even let you do suicidal swings.
Dense Canopy helps get around flyers my opponents control, as for Decree of Savagery it only costs 9 mana which shouldn't be that hard for this deck to generate.
I do like Quirion Ranger, and Caller of the Claw would come in handy against Wrath Effects, that's also why I run Feldon's Cane to shuffle my dead elves into my graveyard. Then again you're right about yanking out the cane...
If Dense Canopy doesn't cut getting around my opponent's flyers then what should I do? Run elves that can block as though they have flying?
I'm not sure If I have the deckspace to do such a thing but I'll see what I can do later on.
Anyway, I appreciate the help...

4x Concordant Crossroads!!!!
look at your list, it should be 'nuff said.
I say...
-3 Dense Canopy
-1 Decree of Savagery
-3 Kodama's Reach
-1 Overrun
-1 Wirewood Channeler
-2 Nullmage Shephard (Kill a herald to tutor, although Skullclamp isn't present to help...)
+3 Concordant Crossroads
+2 Hurricane (helps more than Dense Canopy, and Wellwishers should have your life up anyways)
+1 Priest of Titania
+1 Wellwisher
+3 Wood Elves

Quirion Ranger seems like a must for this deck, it can easily generate two or mana a turn by itself. Take out all your non-elf cards other than Overrun, and put in Concordant Crossroads, Timberwatch Elf, and Berserk. Should speed your deck up a lot.
Dense Canopy helps get around flyers my opponents control, as for Decree of Savagery it only costs 9 mana which shouldn't be that hard for this deck to generate.
9 mana is incredibly bad. So is 6 (overrun) and 5 (coat of arms) and 4 (slate of ancestry). You should be winning with 2 or 3.
If Dense Canopy doesn't cut getting around my opponent's flyers then what should I do? Run elves that can block as though they have flying?
You're supposed to kill your opponent before it becomes necessary to deal with fliers. Remember that deck with fliers generally have casting costs that are much higher than your creatures, with next to no method of mana acelleration.
If the game lasts so long that your opponent can hurt you by blocking your creatures with his flying ones, then the deck is too slow, and canopy won't help at all. As Craven pointed out, Hurricane will likely to be better.
Thanks for the help guys, however Berserk is going to be hard for me to obtain since it's from either the Alpha or Beta expansions.

Elves don't need Berserk. If you could get a hold of some Skullclamps, you can make an elf deck that blows off a 20+ point Hurricane by turn 3 and survive it. You'd have to have a very forgiving Casual environment like mine to be able to however =)

I tried to get some Concordant Crossroads but my hobby store didn't have any so I went with Fires of Yavimaya instead, I mean hey you gotta work with what you have available ya know.
Skullclamp would be fun to run in my Elf deck but unfortunately it's banned in all formats, plus another alternative would be Fecundity.
I've found that Staff of Domination is quite fun in an Elf deck considering all the mana you can produce with it plus with the Staff I could possibly go infinite If the conditions are right. I tried getting Ghitu Fire for the deck but I couldn't to no avail.
As with the artifact/enchantment hate control I splashed in Viridian Zealot, he makes having Elvish Lyrist and Elvish Scrapper not worth running in an Elf deck. Plus you can chump block Viridian Zealot and activate his ability on the stack to destroy any artifact or enchantment in play during your opponent's attack step.
I also found room for Timberwatch Elf since he'll come in handy in this deck.
Hurricane's I've squeezed 3 of in this deck incase If I don't kill my opponent fast enough past turn 3 with a Fires of Yavimaya in play.
I know I need to keep Kodama's Reach out of the deck, but right now I'm having trouble obtaining some Red/Green Painlands to help with playing the Fires of Yavimaya.

Feldon's Cane has no benefit to this deck at all.
By the time you can cast wirewood channeller you really don't need his mana ability anymore. You're better off with another priest of titania.
You don't need kodama's reach. If you can cast it, likely you can cast anything.
