Ok, the way this deck works is simple. Get Enduring Renewal, a free artifact creature, and either Blasting Station or Spawning Pit to get either an infinite damage or creature source respectively.
Why Station/Pit instead of Goblin Bombardment?
1. Station/pit is not color dependant
2. No need for red
I decided to add blue for Tinker, Reshape, and odd draw cards. I am looking to improve my mana-base and add some form of counter magic so any form of help would be greatly appreciated
Looks pretty decent, instead of the Spawning pit (having infinite creature doesn't really do anything if they just sit around for one turn right?) try Altar of Demenia. They are useful in case when they have say Worship or something.

Sorry Twinkee, hate to tell you but unless the power can get pumped up then the Alter won't quite work. Altar of Dementia But Twinkee is correct in that your day could get ruined. Maybe a little tecj with some Disenchants, if not main deck then a SB if you're doing so. Or maybe a Boomerang or Capsize for the same effect...sorta...

You know, I'm pretty sure if there was ever a sex tape of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt that got leaked to the public, watching it would cure people of cancer. I'm ****ing serious. Either that or make their eyes bleed for they have seen the true face of God.
The Alter leaves me with a couple options. As it stands I have one creature usable by station and alter and one only useable by station. Should I take out the Shield Sphere? (There is also Cathodian and the "free" creatures, as FBC suggested. Any thoughts?)
Lat-nam- Thanks for the compliment, but really the altar is useless unless you have creatures with power, I would follow Nemata's suggestion for utility spells like Disenchant.
Cathodian is an interesting idea, but I wouldn't put in 4 copies, i would instead suggestion 4 Crimson Kobolds + 4 Crookshank Kobolds, why? there is a magical card call Skullclamp ;). That'll give you a very strong draw.
You may also want to slap in some copies of protection spells like counter spells to protect your combo, because even if you have 4 copies of each combo, it's useless if they just keep on destroying them now huh?
I just realised that I basically changed your whole deck... sorry
If you plan on keeping Altar of Demenia route, definitely put in Cathodian, but I don't think he warrants 4 copies, 3 at the most. You also want at least 8 copies of creature for your infinite combo, so I would suggest dropping the myr instead of the shield.
skullclamp is kinda a controversial choice...another 0 mana card to try might be orthinopter...then there's that one visions "phyrexian" artifact...0/3 for :0mana:...argh, what's it called? anyway, look into adding some of those, although i don't think you'll need them so much with all the draw...
btw, how do you do card tags here? i have autocard in my sig but it looks like a lot of people do them in their posts...how? same way as mtgnews?
Skullclamp is interesting card, but the point of the deck is to search out the 2 combo pieces while having a "free" creature in your hand. if you fill your deck up with enough "free" creatures, skullclamp becomes a very effective draw engine.

Also, this is in casual, so why not run 4 enlightened tutors :)?
@ Twinkee: Good idea! I'll have to rework the ceature base a bit but no matter.
@ Nemata: Any suggestions for what to replace with Disenchant?
@ fireballchannel: Because I try to follow the T1 rules whenever possible. Other wise I would run four tinkers too.

So with that... here's what I suggest to drop:
-1 Blasting Station
-2 Altar of Demenia
-4 Myr Moonsvessel
-4 shield sphere
-4 Brainstorm
-4 Impulse
the add:
+3 Disenchant
+4 counter Spell
+4 Crimson Kobolds
+4 Crookshank Kobolds
+4 Skullclamp

+3 counterspell/Ivory Mask/Propaganda/Ghostly prison/Disenchant
-1 reshape
-1 Blasting Station
-4 Myr Moonsvessel
